Best route for espresso machine water!
We’ve been using bottled water for one machine, plumbed in filter for the other but still didn’t feel we were controlling the exact balance of hardness/ph levels etc. Now with an RO system and these sachets I feel really confident. I worked out the exact ratio of sachet to water for my machines. Now the shots taste even better than before (if that was even possible!)

Saw this product on Shark Tank - the sharks said nobody would ever buy jugs of distilled water and put this powder into it just to put into their coffee machine - they were wrong. I have this product on auto order, I buy gallons of distilled water and have been doing it for years. The coffee is less acidic and less bitter, and far more flavourful. Moreover, whenever someone new comes over they always comment about how the coffee is incredible and ask what coffee I'm buying. They leave with 1 jug of distilled water and 1 sachet of the powder and almost every time, they have also become a regular buyer and user. I should really get a commission by now lol My only gripe is the cost - it is pretty expensive given what you get But otherwise it works as advertised, makes the coffee delicious, and even unknowing guests comment about the coffee until I tell them the secret. If you want to try and make your coffee better - this is the thing.

Nice improvement
I've always used an under sink filtration/ion exchange system however when the filter prices almost doubled recently I decided to seek other options. I add one of these packets to a gallon of distilled water. I did notice a slightly stronger taste, in a good way. Almost like my filtration system was muting the flavours slightly. I'm finding this way to be more economical than my old system and will likely stick with it.
