EAS Myoplex has been a staple for me since I started lifting in my teens. For more than 20 years I've used this product. I was so sad when EAS went out of business, but come to find out, another company bought the rights from EAS, and it's on shelves again. Also, the amino acid profiles between whey and casein greatly complement each other. Finally, this MRP includes many vitamins and minerals that are very important for athletes and active people. As a meal replacement, this is quite superior to your regular protein powder. In fact, many brands of protein will state right on the label "Not meant as a meal replacement." Have used Double Chocolate for decades. Decided to try the Chocolate peanut butter since it was rated so high... yuck! Tastes chalky. Peanut butter overpowers the Chocolate. Definitely prefer the vanilla and chocolate over this flavor.

Stuff is great been using it for over 30 years. Basically taste great no matter what flavor and it works
