Air 3S Fly More Combo (RC 2 Screen Remote Controller), 4K Drone

I ordered this on the holiday weekend. It shipped out the next business day, and arrived the next, UPS 2nd day air. This was a brand new, official DJI factory sealed "fly more combo" kit, and arrived in perfect condition. The contents after opening the box revealed everything listed in the description, and more. I was not expecting it to come with a gimbal guard (though a sensitive gimbal always should) because that wasn't listed in the contents, but it did have one installed. The contents in the Amazon listing didn't mention that this came with spare props, but it had those too. It had 5 of each pair, for a total of 10 pairs, 5 side A, and 5 side B props. Also, it did include a type C to type C cord, also not included in the contents listing. So I was very pleased to see all this included, and if your like me and order spare parts or accessories at the time of ordering a product, you may want to hold off until receiving it, I was only expecting to get one pair of each side props. This did come with the RC 2 screen remote, the 3 lens filters in a nice hard case, 3 batteries, the charging dock, and the carrying case (which I will be upgrading to a hard case so I can carry other parts and accessories). The 3 included batteries were at a 50% charge, which is exactly what you want to see for lithium based batteries during storage periods before a sale. The only thing I can say to be aware of, is the fact that with a high value product like this, the shipper is going to ship this requiring a signature, and you will not be able to change the shipping restrictions. They don't mention this in the listing, but they need to protect themselves against fraud or people claiming they never received the product when it was in fact delivered. This seller would not allow me to have this held for pick up, I work full time and usually am not home for deliveries, so I had to make special arrangements to be here. So be ready for that, UPS likely won't leave this without a signature, nor will they change any shipping restrictions, even if you have an upgraded UPS "My Choice acct". Luckily I was home today to receive this in the 4hr delivery window UPS provided. My suggestion would be to pick up a glass screen protector for your remote if you buy the RC 2 model, and glass screen protectors for the lens filters as well if you intend to use them, these all have the potential to get scratched and youll want to protect your investment. As for the included carrying case, that design could use a little improvement because fitting everything in is a tight squeeze, however this is a DJI design, and not the sellers fault. Everything included does fit, but it's tight, and this case will only protect the contents so much, maybe some light bumps, but I certainly wouldn't want to drop the case or have it rolling around in a vehicle. For this I suggest getting a hard case. All above recommendations are sold on Amazon. Overall, I was very happy with this order, and I do recommend this seller. When I reached out to them about the shipping, they did respond quickly. For the price of this, I do feel it was fair for what your getting. Some of these combo kits sell a lot of fluff, this is a good value combo. You will need to pick up a 65watt, or 100watt charge block to charge your batteries faster if you don't already own one. The charge block is not included in this set, and the listing does mention that fact. Excellent set!! This Air 3S Fly More Combo might be the best kit you can get in this price range, and has a wide range of features for great quality video recording, and flying. It is the sweet spot between beginner and expert level, and in my opinion leans more towards advanced side as far as what you can do with flying, recording and editing videos. I highly recommend this Air 3S Fly More Combo, get one while you still can because once U.S. stock is depleted, the price of these will go up even more and they will be much harder to source.

It is a little pricey I’ll grant you that. Is it worth it yeah probably if you need something of this quality it just depends on what you’re doing with it. It uses a microSD card just to give you a heads up. One can go in the controller, one can go into the drone so you’ll need two of them. Yes, it is fun size It’s a nice small drone for what it does. If you do decide to buy the guards for it to protect the impellers. It’s going to make the drone a little bulk gear and it won’t be as easy to collapse it to fit it in the case, but if you’ve never flown on a drone before I’d recommend it until you get used to it battery life is not as good as I would like it to be, but it’s not terrible. I have already thought about buying an extra three pack with extra charger. That three pack charger is incredible. It takes the low batteries and will charge one of the batteries up so you have a little more life in the battery of one of the batteries if you can’t plug them in and charge them, you definitely need a good wall mount charger plug-in. They don’t provide it. I’d recommend 65 W or more. I currently am using 100 W USB-C. Once you figure it out, it’s fairly easy to use, but I would definitely practice with the practice simulator that they offer video quality is pretty good but only as good as your SD cards so make sure good quality SD cards so you can utilize the quality of the cameras video/photo. It is a lot of fun. The features are so numerous on this thing the follow mode works pretty good be aware of heavy winds though it’s still smooth recording and following, but the drone does wobble a little bit when following in windy conditions. Overall, I definitely recommend it despite the price.

My first DJI and high-end drone THE Air 3S is incredible. The value for the money is clear in the first 5min of flight. WHY... this is an amazing blend of current technology, photography, and flight that you experience out of the box. If you follow all the checklist this thing is very difficult to crash. I wouldn't think this would be a replacement for a hand held camera but it certainly can be, especially for capturing the perfect backdrop for a family portrait. The remote with the screen is better than you can imagine having it in hand. Very responsive touch screen and 3x more pixels than you need. Reminds me of a highend Samsung phone. The flight hovering hold is extremely stable, able to hold position within 2in horizontally in approximately 15mph gusts. The materials are top notch. The included internal memory is generous. The range from what I have seen, not tested, is 5 times more than you would ever need. Its pricy but the cameras included for collision avoidance is way more than you expect at this price point. I have the extended battery life, but man one battery is a ton of flight time. GOOD JOB on this line of products at this price. These are premium craft. 👌 P.S. The camera is better than a cell phone. Can't wait to try the filters!

Such an amazing motorized bird I’m having the time of my life With its speed and agility and photography quality

I bought a DCX Volo ez ai drone and returned it. Too many issues with that drone software FAA etc. found the DJI Air 3S drone through a recommendation. now I’m flying a superior drone with excellent features. It is truly a fun drone to fly. Plus the photography is outstanding. Prompt delivery. Terrific support with tutorials right on the controller. It also has a neat simulator feature. Buy this drone. It’s worth the money.

This drone is the best drine I have ever used. I have used this drone for lost of things and have not gotten to use it to its full potential. The only thing that is not the best is the obstical avoidance. It is a little spotty but it is still really good

Tout est parfait, tout fonctionne à merveille

Dopo aver usato per diverso tempo il DJI Air2, sono passato al DJI Air 3S Fly More Combo e, per la mia esperienza, il salto di qualità è evidente. La confezione è molto completa e include drone, radiocomando DJI RC2 con schermo, tre batterie, borsa da trasporto e tutti gli accessori necessari come filtri ND, totale n.10 eliche A/B di ricambio ecc.. L'unica nota negativa è stata la spedizione: il cartone esterno è arrivato leggermente danneggiato, ma fortunatamente l'interno era perfetto. Ho utilizzato il drone durante uno shooting per un evento all'aperto. La giornata non era particolarmente ventosa, ma conoscendo già il comportamento del mio precedente Air2, posso dire che anche questo modello trasmette una grande sensazione di stabilità in volo. Le riprese sono risultate sempre fluide e la stabilizzazione si è dimostrata molto efficace. Dal punto di vista dell'immagine, DJI continua a essere una garanzia: foto e video sono nitidi, ben stabilizzati e dettagliati. La fotocamera con teleobiettivo da 70 mm mi ha sorpreso più del previsto: ero piuttosto scettico, ma dopo averla provata ho cambiato idea. Consente di riprendere soggetti lontani con ottima qualità e offre nuove possibilità creative sia in foto sia in video. Il radiocomando DJI RC2 con schermo integrato è molto luminoso, ben leggibile anche sotto il sole, e reattivo, senza blocchi e con un collegamento rapido. L’autonomia si è attestata intorno ai 40 minuti per batteria con uso misto, in linea con quanto dichiarato. Pro: qualità eccellente di foto e video, teleobiettivo davvero utile, radiocomando solido e leggibile, ottima autonomia e un kit Fly More molto completo. Contro: imballaggio esterno arrivato leggermente danneggiato senza conseguenze. In conclusione, il DJI Air 3S Fly More Combo si è dimostrato un drone completo, affidabile e piacevole da utilizzare, che consiglierei a chi vuole un upgrade da un modello precedente o a chi cerca uno strumento versatile per fotografia, videomaking e anche per uso tecnico. Un consiglio che mi sento di dare è di considerare di comprare a parte la tracolla dedicata per il radiocomando RC 2. Sembra un dettaglio, ma nell'uso pratico fa davvero la differenza, perché oltre a proteggere da cadute accidentali, rende più comodi i cambi batteria o le pause tra un volo e l'altro, lasciando le mani libere senza dover appoggiare ogni volta il telecomando

Tras perder mi Mini 2 SE en un acantilado por un flyaway, decidí pasar al DJI Air 3S con el pack “Vuela Más” y la diferencia ha sido abrumadora en todos los sentidos. Es un dron que transmite seguridad desde el primer vuelo, mucho más robusto, estable y con una calidad de construcción notablemente superior. Calidad de imagen El salto en calidad de cámara es enorme. Con el sistema de doble lente (gran angular y teleobjetivo), puedes jugar con composiciones mucho más creativas y capturar paisajes con un nivel de detalle impresionante. Ideal para tomas de montaña, costa o arquitectura. Sensores omnidireccionales El sistema de detección de obstáculos en 360º funciona de maravilla. Ya no vuelo con la tensión constante de evitar ramas o paredes. Muy útil en zonas boscosas o urbanas. Aunque ojo que se desactivan con el modo SPORT. Modos inteligentes ActiveTrack funciona genial: seguimientos suaves y precisos, incluso en zonas con relieve o vegetación. También he probado Spotlight y Point of Interest, perfectos para planos dinámicos sin complicaciones. El modo MasterShots es un plus si quieres resultados llamativos sin editar demasiado. Transmisión y control El control RC 2 con pantalla es otro mundo comparado con volar con el móvil. Mucho más rápido y fiable, incluso en zonas con algo de interferencia. La señal O4 es estable y me permite volar a distancias considerables con total confianza. Autonomía Con las tres baterías del pack “Vuela Más” tengo margen de sobra para sesiones completas sin preocuparme por cargar. Además, la estación de carga es muy cómoda y permite cargar de forma secuencial. En resumen: si vienes de drones de gama básica, el Air 3S es un antes y un después. Es un dron fiable, avanzado y fácil de volar, perfecto tanto para disfrutar como para dar un paso más serio en la creación de contenido. Muy recomendable.
