Good wagon, great customer service!
When I received my wagon, my 3 kids IMMEDIATELY wanted to ride down to the mailbox to test it out. Out of the box the ONLY thing to do was strap everything down and open it up. What a relief! On our way to the mailbox I noticed a wheel acting "odd" so I inspected it once we stopped. The entire wheel was cracked unfortunately. We hadn't been over any rough surfaces or even gone a great distance (less than 1/4 mile). I was super bummed and immediately emailed the supplier asking for a replacement wheel/piece. They asked for a picture, didn't have a replacement, and shipped out a new wagon the same day. We've now had our replacement wagon for a few weeks now, have made several trips to the mailbox and around town. I'm impressed. We honestly take it everywhere with us. It's SUPER sturdy and I LOVE the brakes (game changer y'all), especially with 3 littles 5 and under. It's incredibly easy to fold and pull. Pushing it takes some practice, but with the right weight distribution, it works great too. Overall I'm very pleased and recommend it to friends who ask.

So easy to use. Great design.
After trying multiple wagons and returning them because they were ridiculously hard to fold up again, to I finally found this one. Maybe I can save someone else the same aggravation. Here are the things I like about this wagon: It folds up instantly with one hand. The brake pedal/locks are easy to push with your foot to turn them on or off. The handlebar can lock upright so it doesn't fall on someone. When compact, the wagon stands upright, even when the wheels aren't locked. The wheels are quiet. It has a push bar that you can use if you'd rather push than pull the wagon, and it's actually tall enough for me to use (I'm 5'10"). Kudos to whoever designed this wagon.

It's big and a little heavy, but it carries a lot of stuff
It's well built and I like the size. It holds a lot. The trade-off is that it is a little heavy. There have been comments submitted about the wheel lock mechanisms breaking, but I have not had a problem with that. It doesn't take too much pressure to lock the wheels and I am careful not to step on the levers too hard. The wheels have held up well. I have not had any problems with them. I have not tried this in sand, so I cannot address that situation. It is fairly big when it is folded up, however it does fold flat, so it can be packed away on top of items in a car, so it can be removed first when you get to your destination.

Instructions not included and mysterious plastic part.
I just received my wagon yesterday. Upon opening box, I was surprised that there were no packing materials protecting the product during shipment. The wagon was just in a plastic bag. It appears to have been packaged by the manufacturer that way (Amazon did not repackage this product) Then a little plastic piece fell on the floor (see pics). I do not know where this came from. It was just in the plastic bag with the wagon. If anyone knows what it is please post the answer. I am impressed with the quality of the wagon but do not expect any instructions. A small piece of paper is included which contains 4 graphics (Ikea style) which show how to use handles and fold. These graphics did not seem to be for the specific model wagon that I ordered so it was of little use. There are many straps on the wagon which must serve some purpose but I cannot figure it out as there is no instruction book. Also there is no product registration info or warranty info.
