Not worth the time or effort.
Bought this for my hand while still in physical therapy. I have to get my hand warm to do exercises. It didn’t do the job at all.

worst massager I have tried
Heater doesn't work. Massager over presses the hands. Also, seller doesn't let you return through Amazon. You have to ship it back yourself to the seller and wait for them to approve. Please stay away from this product. I don't think you will like it. I tested it on my good hands and they were very sore after testing. For like two days. I won't let my wife try it because it just about crushed my hands. Guess were out the money but hopefully this message will help someone else considering this product.
