I have been shopping for a quality budget rack for a few months, but was hesitant to place an order because there was always some lacking feature in the models that I had been considering... until I came across the Drone 1.The Drone 1 by Major Fitness caught my eye when it launched, as it has a compact but sufficient footprint (I have a small garage space to put this in), can hold a substantial amount of weight, and has a cable pulley system. It seemed like the perfect design for my use case.I'm fine being an early adopter of products that have good product information, however there were already a few user reviews that demonstrated how stable and capable the rack is, so I was completely comfortable ordering.The package arrived quickly and well packaged, in 2 large boxes. I found the assembly was easy, it took me about 2.5 hours to put together myself. Most of the bolts and parts are all the same, so there's no confusion over trying to figure out which parts go where. Which is great! I recommend using a socket wrench, it'll make the assembly process a breeze.I was missing 2 pieces for the pulley system and contacted the manufacturer - they responded immediately and sent me replacements promptly. No problem, it happens. I was pleased that the Customer service support I received was top notch, which inspires confidence in my future purchases from this manufacturer.I have worked out with this unit for about 2 months now, and am VERY pleased with this purchase. The rack can handle all the weight I need it to (<500lbs), and is very stable. The included accessories are all good quality, especially at this price point, and really add a lot of functionality to the rack. Some users have complained about the feeling of the pulley system, but I have found it to be pretty smooth. Add some silicone lubricant (like silicone WD-40) to the steel poles, and I feel no friction at all when pulling on the cables.I am very happy with my decision to buy this product. It is a sturdy cage, and I think it is worth every dollar. Even better if you can get it on a deal. 5/5 stars all around, both for the product, and for the Manufacturer support. I will buy more gear from Major Fitness in the future.

The look, feel, functions, accessories are great. The cage is solid with minimum movement. It feels sturdy, safe, and is a great addition to create a home gym. Another great point was the height of the cage that fits well in my basement. This is a great value purchase. The cage has been in use for 3 months, and I feel confident that it will be lasting for a while. It a great home equipment, of course it is still not totally comparable to a professional gym, but is perfect level of intensity and provide a great diversity of exercises. The Drone 1 definitely delivers an impressive experience.Another great value from the manufacturer is their website which offers a few free training plan (beginner, fat loss, muscle building). The plans are simple and adapted to get full use of the product.

I was able to get this through a workplace reimbursement program, and it’s been a great addition to my home gym. For anyone looking to build a compact, functional workout space, this power rack is an excellent choice. It’s sturdy, versatile, and comes with everything you need for strength training—pull-up bar, cable crossover, and J-hooks included. Great value and quality construction!

Very well built and easy to put together. I recommend 2 people put it together, it made it very simple.I am impressed with the quality. Definitely recommend for your hone gym.

Giving this 5 stars due to value and the seller was awesome to work with. Overall the product is what you would expect, nice but not the most heavy duty. Value priced though, no complaints, I got more than I expected for the price. A couple of minor issues, one lower rail was scratched up in shipping, but a little touch up so it can't rust and that side was placed face down. The hardware is only grade 4.8, not saying it is an issue, but I chose to replace all with grade 12.9. The pull up bar is not that smooth. I use workout gloves but if you don't, a little clean up with a scotch rite will take care of it. Last a few tips, where the cables route, run the bolts down to minimize any risk of rubbing. And the instructions are unclear, but for the guide rods, the bolt hole goes at the top, the lower bolt just presses on the tube to prevent vibration. Overall, very happy for the value price and how smooth the pulleys operate.

Overall for the price I think this is a great rack/functional trainer. It took me about 3-4 hours to put together by myself and I am mechanically inclined. It seems solid enough and does everything It claims to do. It has some imperfections such as a safety pin not easily sliding into place due to misaligned holes on one of the spotter arms (see photo) and the pulleys being a little crooked compared to the front rail (see photo). Despite this, I still give it a 5/5 due to the price, ease of assembly, and overall function.

Package arrived a little earlier than expected. I assembled the rack in about three hours. Instructions were easy to understand. The video on the product page can be helpful when routing the cables. Some of the reviews I read said that the cables were not as smooth as the ones in a commercial gym. They feel smooth enough to me. I have tried the landline/T-bar attachment, dip bars, cables and free weight exercises on this rack. All were solid and felt like a commercial gym. Add a bench, a bar and some weights and you have a whole gym. As I was assembling the rack, I ran into one cross threaded bolt. Customer service had the part with new bolts sent immediately. At this price point this rack and customer service has exceeded all of my expectations.

Pretty good for the price. I was missing a piece but they were supper nice and quick to send me the right part .the pulley system is stiff though I've tried different lubricants and greases but very little luck.
