This is just wonderful. No added odd flavors. Just good smoke. A little goes a long way. I put this into and eye dropper bottle so I can get just the level I need in a dish. You can find those on Amazon easy enough. I got a pack of 12. Use them for flavor oils too. This smoke is good with beef, beans, many dishes. Dial it in. Don't go overboard to start. You can always add more. Enjoy!

DELICIOUS, smells wonderful. A little goes pretty far for a sauce. I use more for meatloaf, and other spices to give it a smoky flavor.
