How would one recommend santizing the product?

Hi, I jiggle about in hot soapy water, rinse, spray thoroughly with hospital grade sanitiser then put in UV oven to finish.

Can this be used to deal with hair loss on hairlines?

Better off googling it to find out which size needle is best for hair loss. These do help but I don’t know personally what size.
