I occasionally snore, mainly due to a plugged nose at night (or after a few drinks) and have a hard time keeping anti-snoring nose inserts in all night so I wanted to give an alternative method a try. WOW, I was not expecting this product to work the way it did. First, I do want to mention that it’s a bit sketchy to not list product ingredients on something like this. I posted a picture of them in my review and did look up each, they are Chinese herbals that are generally safe in low doses.In terms of usage, I primed the pump to ensure I was getting a full blast then gave each nostril a single pump. One nostril ran (the more plugged one) and the other didn’t. Both nostrils opened up otherwise and I slept fantastic! The wife said I didn’t snore, or at least she didn’t hear me if I did. Win-win. I do want to also note that it has a VERY potent smell to it. To me, it’s a mix between eucalyptus, menthol, peppermint, and a floral scent. All in all, 5/5 stars because it worked, but it’s not something I would want to take every night due to ingredients I’m not familiar with.

This doesn't really work to stop snoring. It also has a minty smell which doesn't feel great going up your nose. It's very liquidy too so I'm not sure how you're supposed to get it to stay up there. I'd recommend trying another brand.

I saw this and knew I had to try it to see if t could help give my wife some relief from my snoring. It is very easy to use just spirt some in your nose. My wife noticed a difference after the second night of using it. I am not a fan of shoving stuff up my nose, but with it helping my wife it is a good thing overall. Since using I noticed that I have been getting better sleep. Pretty easy product to help give me sleep and my wife relief.

This product comes in a nasal spray bottle that mists or sprays liquid product up the nose to help stop snoring. I was excited to use as lately I have had a snoring issue. When I first sprayed this up my nose it was like essential oil full of mint which personally did not feel good at all. Upon getting the first mist up nose the product ran out of nose feeling greasy. The next morning my husband did say I still snored that night. This can travel nicely for those that found relief and travel. The price point is higher than I personally would spend.
