Once installed right, solid
Here is the deal-ie-o on this regulator. First, there are no instructions for it, but there is a card with someone's number on it to call, we will come back to that part. It comes packaged very well, from the seller, not Amazon, you all know they throw it in a box and put two air packs or some brown paper and called it "packaged".Next, this thing is stout. Solid brass, all good.Installing it. Once the washer is on (they send you two) and you attach it to the Co2, there is a next big step I totally screwed up. The T screws must be just threaded in. In other words do not tighten it. I thought tight would mean closed, it does NOT. The more you tighten the more Co2 comes through, which seems backwards to me, but it is what it is. Once I had this part figured out, all was well. Now, back to the number you can call. I called it Friday at 8 pm, which is late, I get it. But I was trying to get ready for the big boxing match this weekend. It's Sunday, still no call back. So if you order this and think you'll need help installing it, don't do so over the weekend. No help at that time. Had that person called me back Saturday, I'd have given this 5 stars plus.I hope this helps you other newbies like me.*** Update*** still no call back from the seller. Although I don't need it, just wanted everyone to know, the fact that they say they are customer friendly, well not so much.

Be prepared for a LHBS run.
Item arrived in pieces with no assembly instructions. Got everything put together only to discover that it came without either a fiber washer or o ring for where the stem seals to the tank. Showstopper until you get a replacement part. Cheap fix from the homebrew store but I could have just bought a regulator from them and saved myself the extra hassle and drive (it's 45 minutes each way).

Works great, just makes CO2 tank a bit top-heavy
Installed this so I could have different pressure on my beer and sparkling water lines, and it works great. The only problem with it is that it sticks out so far that it makes the CO2 tank quite prone to falling over, which happens at least once every time I need to refill the water tank. I don't know how they could really design this different to solve that though so I'm still quite happy with the purchase.

Good value double regulator
Just installed this last night on my kegerator. So far, seems to be working well. I’ve noticed that the pressure has fluctuated about 3 psi from where I set it last night. My only real complaint is that there is nothing to hold the plastic seal ring that goes between the inlet and CO2 tank in place. This is only a problem when you change the tank though. The overall quality seems to be ok, but definitely a good value.

one star
At first this regulator worked well. Now I have lost three 20lb bottles of gas as the vent on one of the regulators gets stuck open and all gas is vented from the high side of the regulator. I have not been able to fix it. I often work with all kinds of gas regulators in my job. I am familiar with their mechanics. I took it apart and noticed no issues with seals or sealing surfaces. I added a little silicone lubricant, used again and then after a few weeks of use it leaked out all my gas again. I thought it may have been because of freezing from fast filling an almost empty keg so I filled it slow and this seemed to work. A few weeks later of it working fine, last night the whole cylinder was emptied. It got warm on the porch where it resides and maybe this had some thing to do with it???. :o(I would like a replacement for it as I am assuming this is an isolated issue?

Working as it should.
I add a hose inlet and a Y to one of the outlets.

Works good
This actually worked out well for me. Air tight right out of the box. Only gave it four stars because the instructions were for a different regulator.
