Great mug & great customer service!
When the mug first arrived, I loved it because the quality wasn’t cheap & it looked like the picture. I did think it could be a tad bigger but it’s basically a standard mug. I then noticed a small chip on it, so I debated for a moment if I could live with given the item as is for a gift or should I exchange it...? I quickly decided against keeping it because if I were in a store, I wouldn’t purchase the mug with the defect. I started the process for the exchange & was pleased once my new mug arrived with no defect! MyCozyCups followed up & was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. I unfortunately didn’t take any pictures because I don’t normally do reviews (gotta do better) but I do realize how important they are when I’m making purchases so I hope this helps!

Daughter loves it
Got this for my daughter who is finishing up her PhD and she loves it. The print is on both sides of the cup which she loves. Nice size.

Great quality, great customer service
This mug showed up on time and exactly as it looks in the pictures. The customer service is great and the quality of the mug was good. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star review is because the mycozycups logo right underneath the last line is very distracting.
