Love that I have this in my arsenal now. I struggled to find the right equipment whenever I wanted to do leg exercises on the cable machines. I bought these intending to use them for my arms rather than my ankles, as I needed a cuff to perform various arm exercises, such as single-arm triceps pushdowns and cuffed hammer curls. These worked perfectly! I have tried different cuffs before, and when you push down, they loosen up and come undone; however, these are different. They are strongly made, and the colour just pops! These are 100% perfect for anyone looking for a good gym cuff.
