Breath of fresh air, elegant profile.
This is a terrific design that's finally emergedfrom many ho-hum EDC releases of late. The Locust lineup is brilliant and selecting your choice is fun and einy-miney-mo. Each Locust is strikingly different, the color-ways subtle but striking. You can pick from tactical to gentleman vibe.QC is perfect in all aspects: fit/finish, open/drop action, materials, smoothness, blade centering & sharpness. Fits the hand & the disk is a good landing pad for the thumb.Decent clip, secure. As to the lock, I don't have any issues and for me it doesn't impede in any way. There's some comfort in this feature. This has got be the sleekest budget tier edc currently available, a winner for me. No regrets whatsoever, highly recommend! There's a huge selection with new ones to follow.Great product CJRB!

Worth every penny.
This is a beautiful knife. I like it. I like it a lot. I'll buy another one soon. The action is perfect and the blade is sharp and strong. I love the texture of the handle. The button lock was a bit sticky but it broke in nicely and it's very smooth now. Blade is a tiny bit off center which doesn't matter to me and there is no blade play at all. This was one of the best knife purchases I've ever made. So satisfied.

Great knife for EDC
My first CJRB. Love the design of this knife. The black and gold really pop. The spear point blade is nice and comes extremely sharp out of the box. I'm normally not a lanyard kind of guy, but I kinda like it on this knife. Light weight but sturdy feeling, I have no complaints about this EDC.

Good knife for the money.
I’ve had 2. Unique knife and I’ve had compliments on it. Button lock on one was nice and crisp. Button lock on the other was trash feeling. Both blades were excellent. Feels like a good knife but I’m not an expert. Clip has come loose on both so something to be aware of. Not a fan of a free swinging blade from closed to locked so there that I guess. For $50 it’s worth it.

A handsome and sharp knife
CJRB has nailed it with this design. Ergos are good, the flipper tab is great. Out of the box it is incredibly sharp and after 3 months of use, has retained most of that original sharpness. It has a satisfying weight to it and the flipper action feels smooth. Overall its a great knife

At least it looks good.
Apart from the visual appeal, this does not feel right in the hand. It's of good enough quality but I think the frame and size just don't match the functionality design. Maybe if it was 8" - 8.5" total length and just a few hairs wider, it would be great. I have small hands so I rotate my daily knife with a few ranging in size but the ones this size feel better with a flipper and liner lock. Or it might be that the button lock is in a place that forces you to hold it in a less natural position. Either way this one was an expensive waste of money in my eyes. This might be one I leave in my car as a backup.

Awesome knife
Really good quality knife came razor sharp right out the box and has a really nice and smooth action when opening it and I also have had it for a while now and have been using it and it is still working great and is still sharp by far one of the best knives I have especially for the price

Lovely folder!
Well made, smooth action, locks up tight. Looks good with the false edge blade design. I like the alternative to thumb studs since it is not so inclined to hang up in your pocket. The blade lock is great. Plus it is blue! The handle is relatively heavy compared to the light blade giving a balance toward the rear. So I give it 4 instead of 5 stars. All in all, a nice piece of work.
