Would it be suitable to cut radish? I need radish to be cut in either four or more sections like lemons, wedge kind of cuts.

This is a great product! It would work great for radishes, lemons,limes,potatoes, etc.

Unfortunately I threw away the packaging but I would assume China. With that said it is a great quality mandolin for the price.

Is this strong enough for carrots?

This slicer is designed for limes and lemons. While it is strong enough to cut a carrot, I would not recommend purchasing it for slicing carrots. There’s no way to hold a carrot in place during the slicing process.
