Feels like I'm wearing ladies underwear on my head, but I don't care because nobody can see me wearing it. This is the best one I've worn out of the few I've tried. It feels comfortable and helps elimanate the dry mouth I get in the mornings from where I've been sleeping with my mouth open. It's good value for money and easy to use. I'd say it's very effective and does what you need it to do.

I bought this to help with mouth breathing and also to help with my double chin. I am pleased with the product as it's lessened my heavy breathing at night and my face feels more defined. It's comfortable and easy to use.

Material is okay and wouldbe comfortable but for me its quite uncomfortable the way it sits on the ears so I cannot wear it long enough to see benefits.
