Why it can't be ship to New York?

A lot of companies don't know the difference between new york and nyc so they put the same fake shipping restrictions on upstaters as the city.

Hi, Not sure what type of steel, but it holds its edge. Not spring assisted, so you need the kydex sheath to open the blade quickly as you pull it out.
