Q: Does it come with a case?

No case for the bowl, there is a slip case/sheath like soft case for the Arbor assembly

Q: Will it fit a 6 3/8 hole saw without problems?

I have never used it for this size saw

Hi, The maximum diameter hole saw that the Hole Pro XL-shield kit (HP1168-71) can use is a 6-1/4" hole saw, and the Blue Boar HP1194 has a 6-3/8" diameter hole which is 1/8" too big causing the hole saw to not fit. The Blue Boar HP1194, description says it can attach to standard 5/8”-18 2-pin mount hole saw arbor and works with Hole Pro X-230+ adjustable hole cutter shield kit

Q: Where do you keep the dust cover? if there is no case? is it hard enough that it won't bend? if I put it into one of my extra dewalt bags will be ok

I have it on a shelf and half the time it is buried under tools. It is a very rigid cover. We have a few of them in service at our company and they have been running strong for 3 years. Only issue I have had is the rubber gasket that seals it to the ceiling came off of one and I don’t know if you could order a new one but I haven’t checked. I imagine if they don’t sell them they could be replaced with some kind of weather stripping. We have tried several brands and that is the only one that has held up and keeps all the dust in. We run it with 4 3/16” hole saws with the grit on them for doing round old work boxes in plaster and lathe and the arbors have held up on them.
