This was the first smartwatch I bought, I was worried that it may be too complicated for me to work it, however, it was extremely simple to set up, even if you're like me and not tech savvy. The resolution/screen quality is excellent. Being able to make and receive calls on it is a bonus, now Idon'thave to make a dash for the phone when Iget a call. Also being able to read messages is really convenient It has a range of faces, from classic to modern, each as lovely as the next. It has a huge range of features, I'm still navigating my way through them, but I am very impressed. It is a beautiful watch, very well made. Also, I can't stress enough how much it is value for money. A happy customer overall.

Great value for money. Charges quickly and easily. Easy to use. Looks wonderful and is comfy. Does everything I want it to. It's not perfect on tracking sleep but not something I'm overly bothered about. Wonderful product overall.

My wife wanted a cheap smartwatch for when we go on holiday so she could record her steps and not have to get her phone out often. I found this one with a discount code and after looking at the reviews decided to give it a go. it had a good choice of colours so went with the purple/pink one which is her favourite colour. The watch came and it was boxed nicely, super easy to set up and already had a full charge. She was able to connect her phone to it to make calls, control her Spotify when it's on and check her hr and steps etc. She used the sleep function last night and found it interesting. She put it straight on and hasn't taken it off yet which is around 24 hours and the battery is only at 81% so seems to have a very decent battery life. also didn't realise it is waterproof as well which is a bonus for when we go swimming.

The watch is very good the only thing I would say is the strap is uncomfortable to use 24/7

Quite possibly THE WORST piece of consumer electronics I have ever purchased. Like many things coming from China the hardware is beautifully designed. The software, inside and out is utter nonsense. After wearing it for the first day it decided I didn't have a heart [beat], every single Alexa voice command was answered with "I don't understand what you're saying" when all 20+ other Alexa devices in my home could understand perfectly. And none of the clock faces actually fit the device screen - they are all too short and the photos are a lie because some faces could not even be read, even if the store screenshots could. Not happy, even at this "affordable" price. And the Android app is so intrusive and obnoxious. You get what you pay for.

Having had a previous smart watch I found this not as easy to pair up as you need to download a very fit app on your phone first. Pairing wasn't as easy as my previous one but I'm not tech minded (I am 73). But once sorted I found a great amount of features for a smart watch of higher price. It looks really good and is comfortable to wear/
