It was my tragedy to have this printer. This printer has many problems .there is filaments problem ,support problem ,heating problem etc.but I tried to amazon customer care many times.but they always waste my times without any solution. They always say call after some time

The printer was easy to set up, and within a short time I was able to start printing high-quality models. The print quality is excellent, with smooth layers and accurate details. The AMS Lite makes multi-color printing very convenient and works smoothly. The printer is fast, reliable, and user-friendly, making it perfect for both beginners and experienced users.
