These are a nice color and a nice flavor. I needed a little something to kick a cough hanging on. We bought this, some tea, and some Manuka honey. Between everything I felt better in a couple of days. My kiddo takes pills with them and likes the flavor well enough to keep using it. If you are familiar with the vegan gummie texture, this has it. If you expect it to chew like Haribo gummies, you will be surprised. I recommend it as easy to use and seemingly effective for my needs. Would purchase again when needed.
