I received this on 8/16 and chewed 3 immediately the texture was weird but it was better than the drops. I have asthma and garden so I was looking for something to keep me from getting on prednisone for the tightness I would experience. Maybe 5 hours later I started to cough and yuk is the only word to describe it. I was at work and had to rush to the bathroom it was so much mucus I couldn’t believe it was just sitting in my chest. The cough sounds so gross but getting it out felt amazing. I didn’t garden all week I wanted to get the full effect of the gummies. I take 3 every morning and it’s helped so much. Today marks a week and my chest feels much better. I work in an office so the only downside is the coughing which is much less now that I’ve gotten most of the gonk out I used my blanket to cover the cough in the beginning because the sound of the mucus breaking up was gross but now I rarely cough. I’m going to keep taking it. If something changes I will update but I’m breathing much better hope it helps you too.

Comes in a good size bottle. The gummies are small, but, mine were a little hard to chew. A pleasant taste.

Definitely helps clear lungs of smoker's congestion compounded by an oncoming chest cold. With these gummies and zinc tablets helped keep my lungs clear. Highly recommend.
