MOISTURE fort dry coarse curly hair
Love, love, love Ethique Curl Defining Condition bar for my coarse curly salt and pepper hair. I don't rinse it out; just get a bit of water on my hand after I've applied it and scrunch a bit and wrap. If you want loopy curls, coat hair more liberally, don't rinse, bit of water on palms and squish curls. Sometimes I use the curl defining shampoo but I really love the Ethique shampoo bar with Shea butter best ass it calms the frizz better.... Also use frizz ease oil, about 12 pumps, 3 at a time. Citric acid free products, YAY.

Great eco friendly option that still does what conditioner should
I've been using this for over a year now and I still really love it. I initially bought it to try to be eco friendly but I continued to buy it because it smells great, detangles well, doesn't leave a weird residue or icky feeling on my hair, and hasn't affected my curls in any negative way. I use this on my 3 year old daughter too. We both have really thick loose curls.

Scented and Poofy
It is stinky 😕 I mean fragrance wise. I was expecting it to be not-scented. Compared to some non-"curly" products, this one makes my hair really poofy. Which is the opposite of what I wanted.

Great conditioner for curly hair
Fantastic conditioner for curly hair. Disappointed they changed the shape and made the product smaller. Please go back to the original the block shape.

Work well with companion shampoo
Purchase for an over seas trip to reduce liquids. Paired with the shampoo works well as a set. I found that the solid shampoo worked so well I only needed to use the solid conditioner every other wash. Leaves my curly hair so soft with loopy spiral curls.

I wasn’t crazy about this product. I didn’t see any curl defining when I used it. Someone asked about the softness. Quite frankly, I don’t remember.
