I purchased this ink waste replacement pad for my Epson ET-4800 printer. I often use my printer, After using it almost every day, after using it for a while, I started to notice a decrease in print quality. After doing some research, I stumbled upon this option. It is very simple to use, including its instructions are very useful and precise. After I installed it, my printer responded very well. Now it works like new again. After receiving the goods, I studied it carefully, and I was very satisfied with its quality, its white shell is very strong, not easily broken, and the sponge pad inside is so thick that I think it will last my printer for a long time. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. It saved me a lot on my budget and helped me with my printer problems, which I appreciate.

This doesn’t work with a Mac so I reached out for assistance, they responded quick & suggested I try to get this done on a Windows PC. They were nice enough to refund me in full & keep the product. I don’t own a Windows PC, so I will see what I can do. I have 5 stars because they were so helpful & understanding. If I get it to work on a Windows PC I will definitely purchase again.
