DVD plays well in USA DVD players
Great movie and it played well in our DVD player. We collect DVDs and this was a great addition to our collection.

Riddley Scott....one of the WORST!
Where do WE BEGIN. OKay, my review is based on my RENTAL using Amazon Prime, and... THANK G-D, I didn't buy this GARBAGE. Unless "Riddie" gets his act together over the course the rest of his career.... this is it for me as him as a CREDIBLE director. OMG, the actor selection, the writing, the directing was a JOKE! The HISTORICAL ACCURACY and the DIRECTION was an IN-YOUR-FACE disgrace! Why did ANYONE THINK this movie was remotely ENTERTAINING?! OH, yeah, the AI SFX garbage. You like those level year 2000 SHARKS in the pool? LMAO! The ACTING... D, Densel Washington was a HORRIBLE choice, he's always acts the same, and in this movie, he was BAD! The other 2 LEAD actors Paul Mescal and Pedro Pascal were simply over matched by the subject matter and were "C" at best. The Roman ANTAGONISTS played by Joseph Quinn and Fred Hechinger had SEVERELY over the top dialog written for them. The movie as a whole was a thorough disgrace. I gave it 2 stars solely for the atmosphere and AI. I understand Rid Scott is still going through withdrawals over the suicide of his brother, but OMG, this movie is simply for him, GARBAGE and a lack of historical ACCURACY.

I don’t buy many dvd s but this is a must for Anyone in to Roman epics. Not as good as the 1st but still good all the same
