Although it’s a wig display stand; but it’s also a perfect head mannequin for a cap/ hat wholesaler to evaluate their products. A standard 22” head circumference is too small, 23”-25” is more closer to an adult human head. And I am glad that the seller provides the size which meets our needs!

I measured my head as in the picture but this wig head is much bigger than expected. My wig hardly fits on it. The cheap Styrofoam heads are only 3/4 size so when I get my wig styled it looks different when it gets stretched over my head. I thought if I got a real head sized one the style would be more accurate, but with this head the wig it stretched out so much you can see the layers of hair through the back. And it did not come with the wig cap as advertised. I don't plan to tie my own wigs so I don't need it, but be warned if you need the wig cap, it may not be there.

I ordered size 23in, though I have a small head. No, I did not measure my head, I basically made my decision based off the other reviews and recommendations. The canvas block head definitely did the job. I’m glad it came with the pins, needles, and thread. The thread was nice an thick (can’t snap easily which I love for security). The pins kept my cap in placed the entire time. My only issue was the stand to hold the canvas up. It kept coming out on place from the table when I had to turn the canvas. Maybe it was as a result of the table I used. Either way, I would definitely recommend because it got the job done. If you plan on making a lot of wigs, get a stand to keep the canvas stable. **Haven’t tried my wig on yet since I still have my braids in but it definitely will fit. I have long thick hair even though my head size is small. Cap size “medium”.**
