Excellent. I like everything about it. This is my family's third Surface Pro courtesy of the Black Friday reduced pricing. It's fast, great storage, compact and who doesn't appreciate the versatility of having a touchscreen AND a keyboard. They're real work horses which is exactly how our love of them began. We use them for business and now entertainment also. I even use the camera occasionally. Use your newer smart phone or a real camera if you want sharper more precisely defined pictures. It has two C ports and I only wish they kept a port to insert a USB memory stick. I don't save everything to One Drive and having the option to once again have the option to use an external flash would be greatly appreciated. So we still use the older models for that very reason. Otherwise it's great!

Literally just finished unboxing and updating. It went black and just stopped working completely. Battery showed 94% before that happened. Plugged it back in, charger shows white light, changed to wall outlet like recommended, did forced reset, waited 15 minutes, tried other tips recommended by Microsoft, nothing. For the amount this machine costs this is unacceptable. Now I have to wheel out money to a repair shop to see if the hardware is bad or if something else is going on. *UPDATE 3/14/26 The ubreakifix vendor says they are no longer a services for Microsoft despite what Microsoft website says. This is turning into a literal nightmare. Having to send device back to Microsoft to fix it.

This is a great lightweight PC to take to work, travel, etc., but be sure you understand that not all software (audio production in my case) is not compatible with an ARM processor. Office 365 and similar apps work just fine.

Everything was just as perfect as expected.

Excellent screen, outstanding speakers and great performance

I thought id update this as I gave this item a second chance thinking more ram would get the job done and the AI would pay for it self. I received a completely broken mess no better than a chrome book. Even docking no peripherals worked this time. Copilot button didn't even work as you can see in a picture of the surface on top and a 2 year old laptop on the bottom. 1 day after ordering and 1 day before it arrived the price went down $85.00 which they refused to do anything for. THEN when I throw in the towel and go to factory reset I'm stuck in this blue screen error saying the computer is broken! I call support again just to try to get some idea of what can be done about it and am callously, suspiciously told to send it back for refund send it back for refund as if I was trying to keep the POS. This was sent BROKEN. Just like the black tab S9 Ultras were sent out with broken pens. Time equals money on a nearly 2000.00 AI laptop and I get yelled at and probably a month long wait for replacement. Awful! First buy: I feel it my duty to tell my experience with this. I returned it after a day. I opened it, charged it. Then went to go to town on it. Go to Bluetooth a Razer mouse? Won't do it. Go to play a game of cards in the Xbox app? Won't do it without connecting a controller. Go to Bluetooth a Logitech mouse works but I cannot save any presets in Logi Options plus of all things. If Logitech, which sells something like 100 million mouse and keyboards per year isn't working on your ARM then I don't know what we're doing here and I'm not sticking around to find out what else won't work. Oh? And the battery is down 11% after just that? The RAM is half way gone without having a single application aside from task manager open? I spent how much on this trackpad keyboard again? This thing cost what again? Yeah, no. Beautiful presentation but rotten to the Snapdraggon Elite X cores. I'm sadden to say, my advice is to pass. The form is great the function is terrible.
