Careful
I am a bit disappointed with this fryer, having had commercial ones in the past I chose this style, but I have to be especially cautious when frying to keep the oil at the lower level as it has a tendency to overflow.

Good but with a fault in design
This is a good item with bad design fault. The pin in the handle keeps coming out with causes the handle to disconnect from the basket when lifting out of fryer..Edit. The company I received this fryer from has been really helpful and has found another basket without the fault and has sent it to me , this has made all the difference and is a brilliant fryer.
