Aurora A1 G4 Rechargeable Keychain Flashlight 650LMS Super Bright

I've gone through many types of keychain flashlights including Nightcore, thrunite, olight and a few others.. The functionality and the ease of use combined with the weight and Design and the ability to charge it with type c are great.. I also like that they have this model which is kind of beginners / just average Joe type of light that you would need on your keychain just for quick lighting of things around the house or maybe leaving on your keychain to walk to your door at night I work graveyard so that's my purpose.. Or even just having a backup light that's always on you when you don't carry your bigger EDC light. But hands down this is my favorite one I've had so far and I have also tried out their higher-end models the Aurora I think it's called and those are pretty nice too but my wife stole it from me lol.. The weight design and carability are the best you can get and I highly recommend it for anybody.. The only people I do not recommend this for is if you want something that you can slip a AA or AAA battery in because you travel a lot, if you want something like that I would recommend looking elsewhere. Second one of these I've purchased. Unbelievably bright and featured for a flashlight as small as my pinky finger. Best keychain light in history.

Lightweight and bright for its size. Does not have long battery life on the brightest setting but that's not what this lights is for. I usually keep it in brightness 2 then bump it up if I need more distance.

This flashlight is amazing. After a few previous tries with different pocket flashlights I bought this one (twice). Multiple levels of brightness, hat clip, a memory for which brightness you want, and very small so I'm able to carry it everywhere. So small... that this is my second one as my first dropped out of my pocket without me noticing. If I lose this one... I'll be back to buy a third one.

I was mildly disappointed when "Military Green" turned out to be more of a pale eucalyptus green than any color familiar to me from my military service in the 1960s through 1980s. But there are military greens the world over, far beyond the my personal experience, so who knows? Also, a matte black ferrule would be better aligned with modern military practice in providing a camouflage or subdued aspect which is destroyed here by brilliantly shiny stainless steel. In most other regards, the flashlight was a pleasant surprise. The esthetic turns out to have more steampunk or art deco flavor than I had felt from pictures, and it settles well in the hand, with a nice feel. In size, it falls into the lower range of AAA battery flashlights, such as the Thrunite Ti2, but is distinctly lighter than the Ti2, and larger only in diameter, not weight. It is noticeably larger than the 10180 battery flashlights I favor, but not gigantic in comparison, as most AAA flashlights are. It weighs a bit more than most 10180 lights, with their aluminum bodies, but is lighter than some, such as an Astrolux M01, and is roughly two-thirds the weight of my copper MecArmy X3S, an item of uplifting delight, never daunting me with its burden. I generally prefer flashlights (and other devices) with replaceable batteries, since rechargeable batteries deteriorate over time and with multiple recharges. I hate throwing something away (as hazardous waste, in this case) simply because the battery is inaccessible. I am willing to disassemble, even to solder, if necessary, but I hate having to throw up my hands and lose the use of something I have grown attached to. Rovyvons definitely belong to a small coterie of flashlights with cryptic user interfaces, where a variety of modes are accessed by cryptic button sequences, as if sending Morse Code to some inner command center. These commands are different, of course, from model to model. After enjoying my eucalyptus special sufficiently, I bought two more Rovyvons, an A5 and an A8 Pro, and they are all different enough from one another in their crypticisms that I will need to refer to instructions saved on my phone. The biggest challenge with Rovyvons is deciding which one to get. The combinations of features and sizes and body materials are poorly documented (even in Rovyvon's own Amazon listings or website). A chart, or better yet, an online form, would be welcome, and would probably quickly pay for itself in increased sales. The little 10180 flashlights are still my favorites, but I like the Royvons enough that I will probably get another, with a metal body, maybe copper :}

This is the 2nd RovyVon Aurora A1 LED Keychain Flashlight I've bought. The first lasted for years and was still going strong but the on/off switch failed and stuck in the "on" position when I smashed it against my pocket knife when I rolled my Jeep. So I had retire it. This little light is unbelievably bright but can be turned down to a mellow glow for close work and extended run time. The whole light is smaller than a AAA battery but brighter than a standard 2 "D" cell flashlight. I keep it on the ring for my trucks key fob and it's always with me. Perfect little EDC pocket light. I will always have one.

Ive had the 1st gen of this light on my keys for over 3 years. Super bright. Battery last pretty damm long. This gen improves on the button a lot. Super light weight. Small. Won’t even notice it on your keys.

I really liked the flashlight and was happy with it. Great brightness and battery. Perfect size and lightweight for my keychain. The second time I went to charge it, the USB port cover broke (the tab connecting it to the flashlight itself). So I simply placed the cover back into its spot and I noticed the next day it was gone (because the tab was no longer secured to the flashlight). I read other review stating that this could be a problem, however, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and now I'm stuck with the flashlight that is attached to my keys and no longer water resistant. I am disappointed since I bought 2 of them. The second one was quite a bit more money, but I'll have no way of knowing how good it is until my Fiancee receives it for Christmas... I'm disappointed because I really like the flashlight. EDIT: After I sent this review, the company followed up with me and sent me a brand new flashlight! They also included a gift for my troubles (please note that this was not the only item I had purchased from ROVYVON)!!! WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY THAT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!! THEY NOW HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!! THANK YOU ROVYVON!!!!! Greg

the product is amazing and handy, it is always with me at the right moment and provides excellent light capability, but in less than 10 months the charging port is not working anymore. I hope it was more reliable.

This little flashlight is pretty amazing honestly. Super bright and great to handle. Charges nicely and a treat to use. However, like other review the clip does tend to have a mind of its own and leave the chassis. The power button decided to pop off a day ago. I'm trying to find a way to get a replacement button since I love the device and don't want to buy a complete new unit :(
