First check the best fit of ring size using the size kit.Writing this review after 45 days, Looks elegant, works excellent, Battery Remains 10 days, Perfectly syncs with the phone. Don't feeling wearing it.App is too professional and provides loads of information on the Vitals, Sleep, Activity and Stress. Ai based plan needs a lot of improvement (still in beta), finding cumulative monthly achievements in the app is bit hard. Sometimes the info provided by app seems to be overwhelming.Sleep Apnea Tracking is good and looks suggestive. Only after couple of months it can be confirmed.Otherwise a best product that comes without any subscription and doing it's job so well.Kudoos to Ringconn Team.

I’ve been wearing this ring for 10 days now. The packaging is great, and pairing it with the phone is easy. Both the ring and the case are made of good-quality materials. I barely notice I’m wearing it. It’s waterproof. Battery life gives you great flexibility — charging once every 10 days. Thanks to this ring, I finally understood what was wrong with my sleep, and I’m now working on improving my sleep quality. It has plenty of other useful features too — you name it.The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the RingConn app is very basic. It doesn’t deliver a premium experience. Logging an exercise isn’t user-friendly, and the app doesn’t accept numbers with commas; the counter resets itself. I have doubts about how the app interprets vital data which I guess makes the difference with other brands. I think there are software localization problems as well — the Turkish reads very much like machine translation. The app also gives you badges, and I don’t understand why. Just to trigger a dopamine hit, I guess. Now I understand why the app subscription is free. I track my vitals with another app at the same time. There’s a lot to improve when it comes to their app.I lost the ring once. Having a “find my ring” feature is great, but it didn’t help much. I walked past the ring several times while the app kept showing it was within 3 m, and only on the last pass did it show 1 m. Turning on the ring’s lights doesn’t help much unless the room is dark.The vibration feature doesn’t exist on this model — it’s on the Gen 3 but t would be very useful. I didn’t want to wait for that release, so I bought the Gen 2 to test whether a smart ring fits into my life.So far, it’s been a great experience. I’ve always paid attention to my health, eaten clean, and exercised, but without a tracker I didn’t know where I was doing well and where I could improve things like sleep hygiene. I’ve become my own Tamagotchi, haha :)One last note: don’t go crazy over the stats trying to make everything perfect. Focus on how you’ve been doing with small changes, and don’t keep your vitals on the screen all the time. We’re not meant to be perfect. Good enough is fair enough.

The fitness product I needed! I previously tried a wrist band from a well-known company, but it was very uncomfortable to wear at night. A smart ring is perfect for everyday use.This unit is unopened, sealed, and I’m very happy that I ordered it on Amazon.I had previously ordered another one directly from the RingConn website, it still on the way from Hong Kong........i have reduced on stars as charging cable provided with it is not working.Updated review for 5 stats - It was a wonderful response from RingConn team to read the renew and acknowledge with email and refund of 50 aed done for non working cable.

Étant fan de high tech et santé connecté, j’ai voulu tester les anneaux connectés pour pouvoir essayer de me dégager un peu des montres connectées et pouvoir reporter des montres classique.J’ai donc choisis et J'utilise la RingConn Gen 2 depuis près d'un an et j'en suis très satisfait. Le suivi de la santé et du sommeil est très précis, et l'application remonte énormément de métriques utiles de manière claire, complète et sans aucun abonnement payant. C'est d'ailleurs un vrai plus pour anticiper certains coups de fatigue ou maladies : j'ai eu un épisode de fièvre et la bague a été particulièrement efficace pour détecter la hausse de température.elle détecte les potentiels épisodes de migraines et nous met sous surveillance.La bague est légère et tellement confortable qu'on l'oublie vite au quotidien. Elle est aussi particulièrement robuste : je bricole beaucoup avec, elle prend pas mal d'impacts et encaisse très bien les chocs. Je me lave aussi très souvent les mains avec sans jamais prendre la peine de l'enlever, et elle résiste parfaitement.Au bout de 10 mois, j'ai eu un souci de batterie. J'ai contacté le service client : ils ont été extrêmement réactifs et m'ont renvoyé une bague neuve sans aucun chipotage.C'est très rassurant d'avoir un produit aussi complet et résistant adossé à un SAV aussi efficace. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Se tarda mucho en llegar y una vez que llega, te lo pruebas y dices “pues lo regreso, ahí dice que se puede” y si, se puede, pero lo que no sabes es que el envío corre por tu cuenta y amenos que quieras mandarlo por correos de México y darle la bendición, mejor olvídalo, que el envío sale más caro que el mismo producto.Ya tire el mío a la basura

Mi ha sorpreso per la coerenza dei dati e la qualità del monitoraggio dell’OSA. Trovo molto coerenti i risultati misurati con la sensazione al risveglio. Nonostante un monitoraggio intenso la batteria riesce a durare 4/5 giorni.

Primera vez que uso anillo inteligente y debo decir que me ha ayudado mucho a evaluar curvas de estrés por trabajo y ver el patrón que se repetía de acuerdo a las reuniones que tuviera. Además te va guiando en la calidad de sueño calificando día a día como se duerme. Lo recomiendo.
