Nice energy saving fan

Honestly one of the most surprising purchases I've made in a while. It looks good, works good, the app and connectivity is great. It had an issue(something blew up) after a few months of installation, and the warranty claim was an unbelievable experience: registered the complaint in the app in a minute, got call from a local electronics guy a day later, the fan got fixed and working. All within 2 days. And I live in a remote location, hundreds of kms away from a big city. the only complaint would be that the remote should've been radio controlled instead of IR, cuz we have to point it exactly at the fan when not using the app. The customer service experience probably got me locked in with atomberg fans forever now.

I'm happy that I'm able to get a made in India product, but the customer support needs work. I requested for a technician to fit the fan, and they did assign someone, but the guy is so irresponsible that he closed my ticket promising that he'd come over to set it up. And it's been a week of calling the technician, with no response and I decided to no follow up any more. I got the fan set up, and now I am facing issues with connecting the fan to my wifi. The router is right below the fan and I have a mesh network. I'm not sure which network this fan is looking for. It's always showing low bar and it's failing to connect and the pairing fails. Tried to switch it off physically and connect again. Still the same issue. Hope you'd fix that in the future. Overall I'm not really satisfied with the product. Disappointed... -- Update 30-Oct-2024 -- It seems the initial setup requires the WiFi name and password to be short for some reason. I managed to pair with the device using a temporary mobile Hotspotand later inside the app I had the option to use my actual WiFi's credentials. It would be great if you could fix that. The fan makes a creaking noise once at startup. I feel this may be normal. Although, I stand with my first review, the after sales service needs work. Besides that, I feel the product is good.
