I purchased this battery to replace my original battery which had stopped working. I used this battery straight from the box and it worked. its an excellent price and an excellent product.

No issues to date, easy to install, quick delivery and SO much cheaper than PC World.

Bought one of these batteries but it developed a fault. After contacting customer services it was replaced very quickly. I would recommend this seller.

For the money fine

This battery performed well initially but after 8 months of relatively infrequent use it now lasts less than one hour and the laptop cuts out at 50% battery charge.

Tried before to buy a non-HP battery, only to find it was rubbish. This however does what it needs to without being overly pricey.

Battery holds and works well so far. Though gets VERY hot if runs low whike laptop is being used and has to be connected to charger. I have to turn laptop off to recharge.
