My unit stopped working but the company took care of it

When I push the button for cold water it always overflows my cup due to the button not stopping for several seconds after continuously pressing it down. Horrible experience and no feedback on it being defective.

I love this machine, although initially I had to return it because the ice was dropping when no one was pressing the button and it was ruining my flooring. The company actually made it right and refunded me my money and let me keep the machine which I thought was very cool of them to do. The machine still drops ice every once in a while while when the button is not pressed, but I love that it has all the options, hot water, cold, water room, temperature, water, and ice. It holds a good decent amount of ice in a tank storage somewhere in the ice machine and it replenishes it super fast.

Background We previously owned the older model (without hot water function) for less than a year before it stopped producing ice and cold water. Despite nearly 11 months having passed since purchase, the return process was surprisingly straightforward. Based on their excellent customer service experience, I decided to upgrade to the newer version. Outstanding Improvements After using the new model for over a week, I’m thoroughly impressed with the upgrades: Hot Water Feature: This is a game-changer! No more waiting for the kettle to boil - instant hot water whenever needed. Better Ice Dispensing: The ice stops immediately when you remove your cup, unlike the previous version that would continue dispensing for minutes after. Simultaneous Functions: You can now get cold water, ice, and hot water all at once, whereas the old model forced you to choose between cold water OR ice. Improved User Interface: Much more intuitive design that eliminates confusion. Our office employees no longer accidentally turn off the ice function. Complete Water Usage: The new model uses all the water in the bottle, unlike the previous version that consistently left about a cup unused. Minor Suggestions for Future Improvements • Dispenser Lighting: Color-coded indicators would be helpful (white for ice, blue for cold water, red for hot water-instead of same blue for all functions) • Ice Level Indicator: Currently shows a loading animation until full, rather than displaying actual fill level • Design Elements: A smaller logo and matte finish instead of glossy would reduce fingerprints and scratches while improving aesthetics Final Verdict This is an exceptional machine that represents a significant upgrade from the previous generation. The customer support team exceeded expectations and gives me confidence in future service needs. Highly recommended for anyone considering an amazing water dispenser.

Ice maker stopped 2 weeks into owning it, then the cold water function went like another week after. Now after a few months of owning it it puts out only room temp water, the heating function works some of the time, at total random, and its so dang loud! Only getting worse and worse

Only kinda worked for a month. Won’t produce ice or cold water only hot water. When the water gets low I have to unplug until the water can be replaced or it just keep running and running and running without stopping and notifying of ‘out of water’ it gets one star only because the water dispensing is much faster than any other one we had, and one star because the hot water still works for tea. It’s also very noisy sometimes and was annoying when the ice dispensing was trying to work, but quieter now that it’s stopped working. Of course as soon as the return windows closed ( only 30 days) it stopped producing ice completely which never quite worked properly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND basically just an overpriced water dispenser. We purchased because of ice feature which does absolutely nothing.

Performing as advertised. Buttons are a little sensitive, so you need to train yourself. Quieter than expected.

Do not waste your money. The buttons do not respond 50% of the time leading to wasted water. The only way to stop the water is to unplug the machine. The “cold” water has a chemical taste. And yes, I cleaned the system prior to use. I was approved for a return; however, I missed my return window due to work and responsibilities.
