I really didn’t know why I needed this until I tried after abdominal surgery. It’s great in trying to keep the ab fat at bay but you have to be consistent with the diet and exercise for best results

I bought this ab board because upon reading reviews for other ones, they would run small. This board was perfect because I had lipo done on my waist, not my abdomen. It wrapped all the way around my waist and still had a good amount of Velcro left over so it will absolutely accommodate various body shapes and sizes. I wear this under my faja and you can barely see it, it is also very comfortable and keeps my faja from creating marks on my skin. I have recommended this product to my friends and family whom have/are getting work done on their bodies. Get this! You will not regret it!

Yall, said that the board was washable. I just washed my board and the whole thing broke.

No es lo que esperaba, le doy 4 estrellas porque el vendedor es muy diligente y el producto llegó en excelente estado y más rápido de la cuenta, pero para mí no fue la mejor compra debido a que el producto queda más alto de donde deberemos quedar a menos que yo lo esté utilizando de ma era incorrecta, pero realmente no me encantó. Pero lo compré y lo uso, pero no como debería usarlo. Es bueno porque es con un Velcro y te lo puedes colorear solo y no necesitas ayuda para ponerte la faja, pero como dije antes queda muy arriba y no hasta la parte baja del abdomen. Vuelvo y repito quizás no lo estoy colocando de la manera correcta.

The band is tooooo short

Love love love this ab board! I was using lipo foam and occasionally an ab board previously but it was so uncomfortable and left marks all over my body. This board is a game changer! You can pull it tight to fit your body and it compresses in all the right areas. Fits great under a faja and is hardest noticeable. It seriously helped decrease my swelling. I am a huge fan! I wish I had it sooner!

Te ayuda con la postura .Para ponerlo y que quede bien ajustado necesitas ayuda de alguien , hasta el momento está haciendo un buen trabajo , había comprado otro y solo eran de foam ,pero este tiene esa parte dura que va en la parte delante . No se te marca en la cintura y es suave y cómoda Hasta el momento me ha gustado. Solo tardo 2 días en llegar.

It didn’t fit comfortably, I had liposuction and needed it to keep my stomach and back flat. The plate on the stomach area did not fit comfortably and the back rolled.
