Purchased this small version for my door and worked. I just didnt like how wide was the back part . Needed a drill bit 1 1/4 hole .

I Actually really like the device for what it does.. it operates great! its small and can be removed from the bigger than a strike plate mounting (1.38" x 3.54" .94" slotted hole). The detection range seems to be to par to what is advertised. Pros: lights up red vs green for idle vs access granted, has a delay that I can use (not needed in my application, my software controls the timing) it has options for either N/O or N/C Cons: the light slightly illuminated the internals so the center is not as black as the image shows (see attached images). The instructions counter-dict the wire colors, and after wiring the wire colors prevailed. Red +12, Black GND, Yellow N/O, White Common, Green N/C. I'm unsure if new versions will change, but basically the order was reversed from the instructions.. Info: there are 2 dials on the back that you can use a small philips screwdriver to adjust. please note that they do not have a stop. and there is a little flat top on one side of the dial. the corresponds to the instructions (if facing up (with the wires on the bottom) this is min or max (depending on the adjustment for distance vs time). With the flat top slight leaning right, this is the opposite. for only one turn. all in all, good product, but not very good instructions.

Is small well made, and works great! Exactly what I needed.

Bought the 2 pack and one of the green common leads were bad...spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting to isolate. Once replaced with a working button it fired right up smh
