I am huge fan of boat products but this product totally disappointed me ...Worst Call quality ever ... 2 star to the latency and it is heavy to carry in ears for long time , I know it's heavy for battery backup but it is worse than ither 120 hours backup buds .... And last to the Durability Worst ever.... I bought it 1 year ago on 6th june 2025 and now in August 2026 it's now malfunctioning... It automatically switches on ambient mode Anc mode without touching or any accidental touches... Sound quality is good as boat provides in every product and fittings to the ear is also uneasy The fit is very bad

Finally great BT TWS Earbuds by Boat
1st Update July 2025:Dropped rating 2 points.Earphones are getting disconnected frequently while on call for no particular reason. The sound diverts to speaker. It's extremely annoying as many times we are not in a situation to change it back. I've never faced single issue with OP Earphones ever.I am so disappointed by Boat I thought finally I have an all rounder but I was so wrong. I do not understand Boat's strategies they make 100s of models but none of them are good. OP makes 3-4 models and all of them good. I am not a fan of OP but they've done pretty remarkable job with OP Buds (all series).My disappointment with Boat is continuing from past several years I have used 255, 255 neo, 355, 500 series (headphones), 141 ANC. Trust me all have been disappointing and that's the reason I shifted to OP and Realme. I would recommend to go for OP, Realme or others instead of Boat.Original Review:. I've OP3 and NC both.Results of default settings both mob and earbuds (in comparison) :1. Sound music quality on NC is bass heavy, mids and treble are lacking. Fortunately NC has app based equaliser which can be changed according to our preferences.2. ANC is quite standard, OP has just slightly better NC.3. ENC is great, crowded buses, metros, stations, airports, malls - no problem. Most of the sound is cancelled so nobody's gonna complain about background noise both in meetings and calls.4. Call quality is great as in it neither gives tunnel sound nor pure treble.5. Looks rough and tough so hopefully will last long.6. Charging speed is great and fast.7. Clearly more bulky in general and slightly more than OP38. Finally an all rounder from BOAT.I'd definitely recommend.
