Q: Why does the volume only go as high of 32 ?

I had to return it. The volume is super low.

I did receive a users manual. Contact the seller or look online. Otherwise, top right is power, bottom right is mode. Press and hold bottom button and you get equalizer middle is fast forward or presets on radio or you can tune it manually with left knob. I dont know how to use Blue tooth. But you can plug in and aux source with cable provided

the volume is not good. This is just a little bit louder than my phone samsung note10. i never right reviews this is my first. I was so disappointed that I decided to write one.
