Great little thermal printer, printing black and white only on thermal paper. You must understand The Polono D810 does not support Bluetooth connections on a PC. However you just need to plug the printer into the PC via the USB-C cable included. Bluetooth functionality is designed exclusively for iOS and Android mobile devices via the "Labelnize" app which is easy to use. This is great if you travel a lot as it will fit into a backpack and print information etc. using your phone via bluetooth. USB-C and rechargable

I bought this because I’m fed up buying printers that require expensive ink which then die on me or stop sensing the ink cartridge. This is a lovely wee compact printer that takes up little space. It took me a moment to figure a few things out. Red light is due to lack of paper or charge It is important to line up the paper straight or it will print at an angle or jam. The paper is thinner than normal printer paper and you can only print on one side. It comes with a small amount of thermal paper. I bought double dragon paper as previous reviews recommended this. I’m finding it easy to set up now I understand the system. It connects through the app as long as you have Bluetooth on. The printing is clear and you can choose how dark you need the print. So far it seems good value for money. It doesn’t do colour printing but I figure if I need that on occasion I can pop down to the local library. It takes up little space.

A little tricky to use compared to a regular inkjet printer. But ideal to use when traveling. Small and light yet produces a very legible printout. Shoutout to the company for their excellent tech support when I had installation issues.

The D810 is not as good as originally thought after a week of constant use and a few issues regarding the print quality I had high hopes but just not anywhere near as competent as a normal printer system. Also I had to return the first one due to a damaged box which actually looked like it was already opened. Second replacement was also a damaged box, unsure due to shipping or how stored prior to dispatch. The companion app is user-friendly which you need to use to print from your mobile, laptop or tablet. Make sure to buy quality thermal paper to avoid jams (but that’s true for any thermal printer).

I got this item to use as a quick, compact and easy printer, for when I just need it on paper to use as a reference; rather than reading it from my phone. I found it very easy to use, although you have to go through the app to print anything, but I found it easy to operate. I likes the fact you could charge it and use it on the go. When it needs charging you, just plug the USB-C cable in and it can be used whilst charging. The print quality was good and had no issues handling the specific paper needed. It seems quite sturdy, so when using for travelling it should be kept secure. The connection to the printer was quick and responsive. I found the price good value, considering it is a on the go printer.

Bought the printer as it comes highly recommended on Amazon and at a very reasonable price. I wanted to see if I could find a thermal printer with a higher resolution than the Phoneno printer I use currently. However, it becomes clear, very rapidly that this printer is really aimed at document printing primarily. The app offer virtually no ability to alter the image in the software. Some simple options to alter the density of the print and to crop the image. But I could find no way to resize the image in the app or print multiples to the same page. Either these options simply don’t exist or are buried so. At into the app as to make them useless. I printed a couple of simple images to test the printer. These came out fine, but certainly no better than prints I get from the Phenomo. I tried a deliberately high density grey scale piece and the printer just failed to print the image at all. Admittedly the Phenomo would struggle too but at least it would print something. The D810 simply didn’t print at all. The build quality of the D810 is great, it’s incredibly simple to use and I had no problems at all finding it on my iPad via the Bluetooth connection. Adding a wireless dongle to add the printer to desk top PCs is a nice touch. If you’re looking for a slim, light weight document printer this is definitely one to look at Ultimately though, for the use I intend it for, it simply isn’t up to the task and I’d urge other tattooists to save their money and look elsewhere.

Liberating is my title and honestly, freed from those damned inkjet cartridges is truly liberating. Now 100% if you are a regular "printer" of reams of stuff this is probably not for you. You print in colour, again this is not for you. An occasional need for printing something in black and white then absolutely this is the dogs nuts. I hated that gut wrenching feeling as a blank page spewed from my HP printer with a practically full cartridge and being informed it was empty. Cartridges costing stupid prices. This just works every time. No ink needed. It just site under my desktop on a sliding drawer with a packet of paper and its there when needed. The print quality is brilliant. Honestly you are probably here because like me you are sick of these companies charging the earth for a drop of ink. That combined with the massive inconvenience of not being able to print when you want to first time every time. I print something once a week at least and it takes literally seconds. I have not had to charge this wireless printer since I bought it months ago. So very easy to set up and get running compared to a standard printer and windows. I cannot recommend this enough for the casual printer of things like Amazon return paperwork, recipes , notes. Its just a great printer You don't even need to attach to a computer you can print a document right from your phone in seconds. Mine is sat under my desk top

Ich habe mir aufgrund der guten Bewertungen deutlich mehr erwartet – leider wurde ich enttäuscht. Schon beim Auspacken hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die Qualität nicht dem entspricht, was hier versprochen wird. Die Verarbeitung wirkt billig, und das Design scheint ohne viel Überlegung umgesetzt worden zu sein. Schlechte Qualität: Die Materialien fühlen sich billig an, und es macht keinen langlebigen Eindruck. Funktioniert unzuverlässig: Es erfüllt seinen Zweck nur teilweise oder gar nicht – ich musste mehrfach nachbessern. Keine Empfehlung: Die Verpackung war unsauber, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in meinen Augen eine Frechheit. Fazit: Für mich ein klarer Fehlkauf. Ich würde das Produkt definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen. Schade ums Geld und die Zeit.
