RCC7

Good instructions very easy to install -I bought the RCC7 and I had no leaks - tank fills and everything works - The only thing is the leak detector does not work it stays shut but I dont really need it. Water is cool clean clear and taste great yippie no more bottled water very happy - had a question and their service support contacted me and Nick was the best - very polite, professional, courteous, respectful, spoke clearly and had great instructions. Definitely rock solid product and service thanks

I just installed it at my lake house. Works great with my well water, it taste great. This was a great product a great price. It was easy to install with the great instruction provided. A good DIY project.

This product consists of a lot of components, all of which appear to be very well designed and manufactured. Upon arrival, just a couple of days after ordering, the package looked large and intimidating. Indeed everything was very well packaged and everything made sense. I have been operating our drinking and icemaking water for years off of a simple activated charcoal filter with satisfactory results. However, I was motivated to take the water quality to a higher level and decided on this one after lots of research. The installation went very smoothly and I was impressed with how compact the system ended up, once assembled. I was able to install it in a basement cabinet where one of the 2 drinking water faucets is located. I was able to install the system into an existing network without cutting any plumbing. If there were 1 or 2 things I could suggest improvement on, it would be: 1) a stiffer mounting bracket, either with thicker metal or stiffening gussets so it would be more rock solid (a rock solid design overall deserves a rock solid mounting bracket), and 2) a higher quality main water supply valve ... the plastic valve works, but feels prone to breakage upon repeated use, when changing filter and membrane components in the future. Thanks to Julius for responding to my Warranty registration and also encouraging me to write this review. The company appears to be very serious about product excellence and product support. I'm looking forward to many years of excellent product performance.

It looks more complicated to set up than it really is. I would just suggest having plumbers tape on hand just to guarantee the seals of all threaded parts. Also, make sure you account for all hose ends before you turn on the water! I've had it installed for a few days now, flushed out 3 tanks, and the water tastes very clean and crisp. Makes great soda water. No issues with leaks yet (even without plumber's tape or the anti-leak valve), but the paranoia is real... Great system and quality parts. I installed it in my old townhouse rental just fine, but for the waste water hose I tapped into the flex hose for the garbage disposal I installed.

Works well. No leaks. No hard to remove and failure-inducing dust plugs on the unit as compared to a competitor's product. Instructions and illustrations are very clear; therefore installation was easy. Better quality fitments and a sturdier frame and filter housings than the competitors. Better filter cup and socket design (for the three pre-filters) than the competitors, so less chance of leaks. Appreciate the inclusion spare parts, even though I didn't need them now. All filters and the reverse osmosis membrane unit look identical to the competition's but without microscopic examination, I wouldn't know if they come from the same manufacturer and have different labeling or if they are also of better quality. I mention competitors only because I just returned one such unit after two weeks of struggle and bought this one instead.

Paid a lot to have an RO system installed and serviced at our last home that was on well water. Was surprised how inexpensive RO systems have become and we decided to try to install ourselves. The biggest problem in our new home was reconfiguring the connections on the basic filter system we inherited. A trip to the hardware store for adapters and caps solved the initial hurdle. After that the RO system was quickly and painlessly installed; filters also look easy to replace semiannually. PPM testing confirmed the high quality of the water. We’re happy campers…

This was pretty easy to set up once we received the system. The only thing I would say is there were too many instructions- it was a little hard to know which ones to follow- we had to also watch a couple You Tube videos. But it is working great- and we had quick response from the staff, especially Robert, when reaching out to get our product registered for the warranty.

After purchasing and installing a different brand that leaked, I am happy this iSpring product works. The instructions are great. The design is better quality. They have a QR code on the box that is a link to the installation video. Printed instructions are also included. The system is very similar to the one I had before for nearly 15 years, which made it really easy to fit under the sink, The included sticker to remind you to replace the filters is nice and I placed it on the inside of the cabinet door. In addition, the instructions show you how to pre-wash the pre-filters and very easy to follow. We have a water softener and have used an RO system for years. The water tastes great. Compared to the Express Water RO5DX Reverse Osmosis Filtration NSF Certified 5 Stage RO System with Faucet and Tank, that I bought and installed the week prior: Poor design, as it leaked from the start from the pre-filter containers. The instructions lacked details. They had one extra o-ring in the spare parts, but it did not work to prevent the leak. Needless to say, after installing the Express Water RO system I was frustrated. Uninstalled and returned the Express Water RO back to Amazon
