Works great
What I like. I like the fact that it has multiple ways of being able to connect to my radio. So it works on even older vehicles that don't have Bluetooth and just have radio. I like the fact that I was able to install mine with the ignition switch so that way I don't have to use a cigarette lighter and it goes off when I turn my truck off and comes on when I turn it on. I like the cameras. I had to put a drop of super glue on the screw for the rear facing camera because it liked to shift but then it was resolved. No additional adjustments needed and it is stable now. I like the fact that it came with everything the SD card ect. Just keep in mind that if you drive Ling distance 64gb will not be enough you need to get one like a 512 gb or 256 gb. If you don't know how to partition a SD card to think it has 2 differnt cards then just get the 128 gb. I like the fact I cam adjust the bright and dim setting. This list is subject to change What I dislike. I don't like how when I ask the question of how to change the start up logo all I got was a roughly typed English email that really made no since. And no it is not for lack of trying to read it it is the language barrier. They offer a warranty and life time technician help that is great. But please make sure you get the 2 year warranty from Amazon it is only 16$ at this current time it is a fail safe and less headaches. I don't like the fact that I don't know when the DVR starts to record or how to save said recording. It was not in the directions. One of my main reasons I got this was because of the DVR and if I don't know how it works and it is not in the instructions then how do I know how it works if it is not made known. This list is subject to change. I will submit a video of my install soon for validation of purchase and how mine works.

Works Great but a few fixable issues.
The unit looks good and works great for the most part. Easy solution to getting android auto in your car. I like the wide screen for maps and whatever app on android auto I'm running. And the front and rear cameras are a plus so I don't have to add a separate front dash cam system. Haven't got the backup camera hooked up yet but am excited it has the option. I found that using the aux cable drops the sound by more than half and the base and mid channels drop a lot as well. I don't think this unit has any sort of amplifier output through the aux. I tried a few different cables with the same outcome. I connected the FM transmitter and that worked much better than the aux cable. I have a bluetooth transmitter that connects through my aux port and it works awesome, loud and clear, but this units aux out is weak. But I found a solution to it's weak aux output. I added a Portable HiFi 3.5mm Headset Amplifier (https://a.co/d/1p0DL9W) and a ZIOCOM Ground Loop Noise Isolator (https://a.co/d/fWHx0z3) between the unit and amplifier and now I get loud clear music with a full range of base and mids. Just wish the unit would have a better aux out so I didn't have to add other components, hence the 4 stars. Occasionally the android auto doesn't connect which is annoying but I just restart the unit and it eventually connects. Overall I would say it's simple to use and a good unit. Saved me from all the complicated wiring of new stereo which would cause me to loose some functionality of the existing one. So I would recommend this unit with a few tweaks.

Great display for any car without CarPlay and even better support!
Installed in a 2012 F150 and it integrates really well with the bluetooth in the truck and the iphone. The sound from the iphone plays directly into the truck speakers but the carplay display shows as it would on an integrated carplay factory installed newer car. The rear camera connection is really good and clear. Installation in the tail gate (bought a new tailgate handle with a camera hole) was not too bad and the longest part was wiring the wire from the tailgate to the inside of the truck. I choose to hard wire the power and connections for a seamless look and I think the extra work in doing that really looks nice. The support helpped me change the start up logo from the sports car to a Ford logo (could really be anyhting you want). Just take a small jpg file with dimensions of 1600x600 with the file name of boot_logo.jpg into the root directory of the microSD card. Initiially I tried to do this with a large JPG and the firmware would not recognize it. With the help from Hikity support, they sent me a small size jpg and after the system booted it stated the logo update was complete. This system is really a game changer in an old car/truck that doesn't have any smart features. It almost makes you wonder how the new cars are charging so much for all their fancy CarPlay features when this can do it for under $100.

Do not buy this
Broke after 3 years of use; finally getting in the groove with this thing for as janky as it was and the touch screen no longer works and cannot connect to my iphone; great purchase, but did not last

Lasted 6 months
Update: the company contacted me after my review and worked to make the issue correct. Iโm pleased with the customer service I received after my first review. My daughter loved this for her 2008 Toyota Highlander. We had it the backup camera professionally installed so no wires were sticking out and honestly mom and dad just could not get how to do the install ourselves. We loved the front and back camera. Picture quality was great. Fm transmitter quality was ehh but she could deal with it as it was the only negative she found with the unit. The device made an older car up to date, then four months after the purchase and install the backup camera would randomly stop working. We took it back to the installer and he checked the connections and made sure nothing came loose. We ended up buying another backup camera off of Amazon, connected it as the installer said we should (left the existing wiring there and basically did a swap out) and the camera worked fine so it was definitely the camera. Not a huge deal as we got this unit on sale and we were able to purchase a new camera pretty reasonably priced. Then a month later (5 months after we purchased the device) the unit would just randomly stop working. She is in the middle of a drive with her GPS displaying and listening to music and it just stopped. She would have to unplug the main cord to the unit, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and it worked. Very much an annoyance when you are using a GPS but for an 18 year old she is very patient and dealt with it. Late last week the unit will not power on. Very disappointed in the product. Tried to reach out to the seller but never heard back. I guess bec itโs been 6 months they are not going to stand behind their product. It was great when it worked. I would not recommend this product based on the life span does not warrant the money or the time you put in to install the product correctly.
