This sleep supplement is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s melatonin-free and instead contains GABA, magnesium, and botanical plant ingredients to help promote a better night’s sleep. Each bottle has 60 gummies, and the recommended dose is 2 gummies before bedtime. I really enjoyed the taste — cherry flavor, just like eating gummy candy. I personally avoid melatonin because it often makes me wake up at 5 a.m. and struggle to fall back asleep. Since this formula doesn’t contain melatonin, it works much more gently for me. The only downside is that it contains cane sugar, so it’s best to take the gummies before brushing your teeth. Overall, it’s a great supplement that works softly and helps improve sleep in a gentle way.

Very good product. Helps me unwind. Unfortunately , =can't stay asleep all night but this should not be expected for any supplement. There is no risk of addiction . I like this product because it gives me the opportunity to fall asleep get a better night sleep than without it.

This works for a little bit. After using for a little over a month I still only get moderate results. It helps me fall asleep, but only works for and hour or so. If you just need help falling asleep, not staying asleep these may help you.

I’ve been taking the Natrol Sleep & Restore Magnesium Glycinate Blend Gummies for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. Great gummies! I am still testing out, I am only a couple of days in, what I can say is that I do feel more relaxed even through out the day. The gummies taste is good. I am not gonna say wow it’s the best taste ever but it is definitely not bad at all! It taste like berries. I will definitely keep on taking it, I want to see how effective it will get. For now, I am happy with my purchase and I do think it has a lot of potential. I am a very stressed, always on the go person, and I feel this has been helping me keep my head from exploding.

First thing to note is that each gummy is covered with sugar & sugar crystals cover the bottom of the bottle (4gm added sugars). While I was excited that it doesn't have melatonin in it, after a week of taking 2 gummies/day (as directed by website & not noted on the bottle), I feel no different (only 30 extra calories/day for a delicious gummy treat). So these are not effective for me but they may be for others who are more sensitive to the ingredients. Zero effect on me....

I've been using melatonin 2 or 3 times a week for a while, but it I never seem to sleep through the night. I wake up at 3 or 4 and have a difficult time getting back to sleep. I decided to use this for the "restore" claim because I've run myself ragged and I needed sound, solid sleep for a while. I have experienced just that after two nights' worth of use and have been pleased that I am sleeping through the night. I have definitely felt better rested. I gave this 3 stars for all the sugar and the terrible taste. WHY so much sugar? Do we really need sugar crystals on the gummy? Admittedly, I am not a gummy fan, but I figured if this was going to help me rest, it was worth it. The first night, I nearly dry-heaved! The taste really is awful, and it's like biting through erasers (I did that as a kid). I immediately thought to myself that I could not tolerate the taste every night for 30 days! Well, I cannot return it, so I'd better. I just stand over my sink, eat it fast, then immediately rinse my mouth and brush my teeth. I'll be ordering capsules next time.
