Well made and easy to install

I looked all over for a spice rack that would fit inside a narrow cabinet and this one fits perfectly. It is sturdy and easy to use. Installation was a bit challenging, but its in and not going anywhere

Esperaba encontrar uno con las divisiones como deseaba pero este me da la oportunidad de modificar una de las tablillas. Solo falta probar su durabilidad.

This is a well engineered item but the instructions are not up to the same standard. Many DIYers will struggle with this.

Instructions are extremely basic. The unit itself is good and, if you decipher the instructions well enough, will work well enough and provide some good space for spices and the like. The action of the rack is smooth and the soft close is nice. Seems sturdy too and like it will last a while. So, overall, once it gets put together, then you’ll likely be happy with it

This is a very well made product. It seemed a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for and we are happy. After my husband spent hrs assembling, he noticed the left slide was broken. So he emailed the manufacturer. I had never handled a problem that way. So I called amazon, assuming we'd get a quicker response. I would just like to say the customer service around this problem was stellar! Jeff, at Amazon, assured us that we didn't need to disassemble the original product. He ordered the replacement rack and instructed us to simply pull the broken part out of the replacement rack and return the rest. This was on a Friday. By Sunday am, we also received an email from manufacturer asking us to take a picture of broken part so they could send the replacement pc. We are happy to send unopened replacement spice rack back to Amazon as soon replacement part fr manufacturer gets here. We couldn't have received better service. Parts break sometimes, but this rack is definitely worth the investment!

We were originally tempted to send this back, but I refused to give up on it - it wasn't anyone's fault but mine that I didn't double-check measurements prior to purchase. I had to remove the pull-out drawer from my cabinet and chip away at the rails the original builder had put in (this did prevent us from installing the balancing wheels on either side perfectly - again, not fault of the product). This unit requires you to remove hinges and screw the cabinet door directly to it, so I did have to jerry-rig a little since I had both cabinet door and drawer. It looks just a little funny (again, my fault) but it works. The unit itself is sturdy and heavy. It glides easily and smoothly on the slightly greased track and has an amazing soft-close feature. I love to watch it catch and gently shut itself - enjoy the little things. Like any other pull-out shelving, you do lose some space. I think this would be great for spices, but I was actually using the cabinet previously for precariously stacked random theme-park cups, popcorn buckets, a small fire extinguisher, and boxes of k-cup coffee stacked ontop of each other. All of that stuff had to go, and now I can really only fit my unboxed k-cups and some bags of nutrient shakes. Which was fine for me since I've been decluttering anyway. But just be aware how much free-space is lost.
