Great for an authentic taste.
We have pizza night once a week and I can tell the difference in taste and texture vs the local bread flour. It's a bit more expensive, but a fraction of the price ordering out pizza. 5kg size very handy.

Delicious for Bread & Pasta! Clear of fake junk!
When you need to avoid flour from the USA!! I have a hard time eating pasta and bread using USA grown flour. I get tired and bloated. When we went to Greece for our honeymoon, I was nervous to eat anything with bread but really wanted to try it over there...I mean it was Greece and all! I had zero issues! ZERO!!! So when we got home we researched clean flour outside the USA and this came up with good reviews. Bread, sourdough, crackers, homemade pasta with this flour is great and NO ISSUES!!!!!!! So if you are looking to get away from chemical treated flour and find more natural option. 100% suggest this brand!

Great quality flour
Really top quality flour. Had used caputo pizzeria blue for a long time before this and enjoyed the results but find I get a much more flavoursome and easy to work with dough from this. Good strong gluten and can push the hydration relatively high - have gone up to 70 with this stuff. Find it works great doing 24 hours or less prove.
