Right from the moment I unpacked it, I was struck by its sleek and modern design. It doesn't look like a clunky cleaning appliance but rather a stylish addition to my home decor, fitting in well with any modern - style living space. This isn't just a pretty face though, as it has completely transformed my home cleaning routine, especially as a pet owner. Right off the bat, I was impressed by how quiet this vacuum operates. When I'm working from home, I can set it running without any disruptions to my concentration. Even when it's in the same room, the noise is barely noticeable, just a soft, unobtrusive hum. This is a vast improvement over my old vacuum, which would startle my pets and make me wince every time I used it. The suction power is truly remarkable. It effortlessly picks up the tiniest pet hairs, as well as larger debris. With my furry friends shedding constantly, I used to struggle to keep my floors clean. But now, the Eureka E20 Plus makes short work of the mess. The anti hair tangling brush has worked very well and I didn't have to constantly detangle it like what I had to do to my old robot vacuum. The bagless self emptying station is a godsend. With a whopping 45 day capacity, I don't have to worry about emptying the vacuum frequently. Whether I'm swamped with work or away on a trip, I know my floors will stay clean. Emptying the self emptying station every few weeks is a breeze. The accompanying app is a joy to use. It's incredibly intuitive, allowing me to easily schedule cleaning sessions, adjust the suction power, and even set no go zones. I can control the vacuum from anywhere using my smartphone, which is super convenient. The mapping feature of this robot vacuum is spot - on. It quickly and accurately maps out my home, navigating around furniture and obstacles with ease. It knows exactly which areas it has cleaned and which ones it still needs to cover. I’ve been using this robot vacuum and mop for a while now, and it has completely changed my cleaning routine. The 2-in-1 vacuuming and mopping function works really well, saving me time and effort. What I love most is the automatic cleaning feature — after finishing its job, the robot goes back to the base to wash and clean the mop on its own. This makes maintenance super easy and keeps the mop fresh every time. The suction power is strong enough to pick up dust, hair, and crumbs, while the mopping function leaves the floor looking spotless. It’s also smart at navigating around furniture and doesn’t get stuck easily. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient cleaning assistant that truly makes daily life easier.

For those of you that are familiar with this repeating error message, you know what I am exactly talking about…and the message repeats over and over despite repeatedly removing and reinstalling the dustbin onto the unit. ANYWAY, the fix is relatively simple after consulting with a “professional” at The University of YouTube: (there is a small magnet within the dustbin, that triggers a sensor when it is not in place, alerting the robot to cease all functions to prevent it from shooting loose debris through its rear end). You’ll need a 1) sharp knife, 2) super glue, 3) clear silicone or “Goop” multipurpose/universal adhesive/glue, 4) plenty of light, and 5) patience. Remove the dustbin, drain the water tank, dismount/dislodge/lift the air filter portion, flip the dustbin upside down to lay the gray portion on a flat surface, confirm that the magnet is indeed loose, use a knife to lift the rightmost edge that covers the magnet (or pry off the entire covered section), observe the slotted section toward the right side where the round magnet fits perfectly and secure it in place with the clear silicone or “Goop” adhesive, and use the super glue to secure everything back together - NO MORE (dustbin) ERROR MESSAGE ALERT 🚨 ‼️ 🔔 Overall, after having repaired the dislodged magnet within the dustbin, this is a seemingly decent robot vacuum and mop combination. WiFi connection and registration was a PITA, but it eventually synced. Controls are straightforward once you are familiar with the user interface, and it does a pretty good job. Once the dustbin was repaired, I’ve had a satisfactory experience. It wasn’t life-changing, but it’s better than I can do on my own given my disabilities. I purchased a used unit at a discounted price and it arrived in a haphazardly packed box with everything loosely strewn about. The unit appeared clean despite the deep gouges on the uppermost areas of the robot from apparent explorations beneath furniture, but the error message prevented all functional capabilities. Thankfully, YouTube saved the day.

Had a problem with the deck that would not work to receive the floor trash for 3 days. Was going to send back on Monday and had Cancelled the order to return the Robot. An hour before the UPS showed up with the shipping label, I decided to run the Robot one more time. The Deck Worked. When UPS brought me the Label, I told her It worked and I would not be sending it back because I cancelled the return. It takes some of the pressure off to keep the floor clean.

It was the best robot vacuum I had ever purchased it. Purchased it in August worked flawlessly until about December then it stopped emptying I called customer support they were going to send me a new dust bin however would not have one until June. Customer service refunded me my entire purchase price. Customer service is great. I’m sorry my little robot stopped working. BJ Texas
