Perfect for Picky Eaters and Busy Parents
I recently purchased the Bentgo Easyboxes, and they’ve been a game-changer for our family’s meal prep. The multiple compartments are ideal for packing a variety of foods, which is perfect for my picky eater who loves having options. The containers are sturdy and durable, holding up well in the dishwasher without any warping. I also appreciate that they’re microwave and freezer safe, making meal prep and storage incredibly convenient. The lids seal tightly to keep food fresh, yet they’re easy enough for my child to open independently. Overall, these boxes have made lunchtime more enjoyable and stress-free for both of us.

My favorite for kids’ (& adults’) lunches.
These have been the best bento boxes I have found, and I have tried many. The individual compartments are fairly sealed from each other. Enough so that damp fruit will not make bread or crackers soggy. They cannot be filled with liquid, but I feel like that’s just common sense. They are very easy to wash in the dishwasher as well. The lids are very tight when you first get them, and are very difficult for little kids to completely close. You have to push on all four corners very hard until they click. That was the only issue we had at first, however, as we have used them and washed them more, They have gotten easier to close so that my kindergarten can now close them tightly on his own.The portion size of each compartment is also perfect for any age child. It holds enough food for my older kiddo, and I can use silicone cupcake molds to divide up smaller things for my younger kiddo. They also sell a smaller size container with four compartments. That’s great as well. We use them both frequently depending on what is packed for lunch that day.My children have severe food allergies, and these containers have helped us so much to fill their lunches with healthy foods that they can get excited about, and not feel like they’re being left out because of the foods they cannot have. It’s also been really nice to not be using and throwing away 8 to 10 Ziploc bags per day.

I've Used These for Years...Here's what I've learned
I have used these Easy Lunchbox brand lunch boxes for 3 of my kids for the past 5 years. I have been happy with how they work, and they last the entire school year, even though I have been washing them on the bottom rack of the dishwasher every time. The last package I ordered did have a couple that warped slightly, so by the end of the school year the lids were hard to get on. Also, now that my oldest is going into high school, these are too small. I really wish they made one that was twice as deep as this one. She likes to take salads and things like that as well as a couple of sides, and you just can't fit a healthy salad into the sandwich section.PROs:- These hold up really well despite heavy use and washing in the dishwasher.- The compartments make it easy to fix lunches and avoid using multiple containers. I love how easy it is to make a quick lunch and it's easy cleanup to rinse one container and toss it in the dishwasher.- This company also makes a cooler lunch bag which is fairly nice and fits the containers perfectly with enough room on top for things like yogurts or drinks.CONs:- While these do hold up well in the dishwasher (one school year easily), to keep them perfect and extend their life to several years, it's best to hand wash or at least keep them on the top rack.- I wish there were deeper sizes available for adult lunches. Even sometimes for the kids, if i want to put in something bulky like strawberries, I have to use both of the "sides" compartments or there's not enough. In the end, while these have been great and I will definitely use them for my son who is about to start kindergarten, I am now searching for a different system the older kids and I can use that will fit nice sized salads and sides. My kids aren't big sandwich fans, so for anyone looking for ideas, here is a list of their favorite main dishes to take in this lunch box (for sides we almost always do fruits, veggies, nuts or crackers):- Taco salad (their absolute favorite)- Caesar Salad with chicken and Parmesan- Home made healthy muffins like blueberry oat or banana chocolate chip- Peanut or almond butter explosion (one side compartment has peanut butter and the the rest are filled with things to dip in PB like veggies, fruits, a couple dark chocolate squares and crackers)- Cheese, crackers and meats (like a lunchable but with healthier cheese, crackers and meats :))- Hummus, veggies and pita bread- We do take the occasional sandwiches of the usual kinds, and they also like peanut butter, apple and honey sandwiches which they think taste like caramel apples
