Bought these to use for popcorn instead of buying microwave popcorn after reading about the chemicals put in them. These work well and good price

While the other reviewers are right that the papers is thin, it is also surprising sturdy. I accidentally over microwaved some popcorn and took it straight to the kitchen sink and ran water not the bag, putting out my burning popcorn - and the bag held up while wet and full of water (and soggy burned popcorn). I never wold have expected that, you'd think it'd disintegrate like a...well like a wet paper bag!

These bags are not only for packing lunch, they are handy to have around for different uses too!

I purchased these to store mushrooms. A plain brown paper bag absorbs the moisture, keeping them from going bad for at least several days. If they do dry out too much, you can still cook them in some olive oil, with a few spices. That will return the moisture.
