I had a chance to try the dark chocolate! Here’s my feedback.Packaging: I really appreciated that this came with a freezer pack, because it is hot in Texas and my delivery was not melted at all. The tin is very sleek and I like that I can re-use it after for other things like maybe jewelry or anything, really. I was a little confused on how to open this, so maybe add an arrow that shows which way to slide the tin off?Taste: If I didn’t know, I would just think this is rich, tasty dark chocolate. It does not have a vitamin/mineral taste and the texture is smooth. I look forward to my chocolate square! I like that the ingredients list is simple.Comparison: I have also tried Beam dream melatonin powder form. I’m pretty sensitive to melatonin, so I liked that this doesn’t have any.Effects: I felt relaxed within an hour of taking. Not drowsy, just felt like I could chill out and go to sleep! I have a lot of anxiety, so this is perfect for helping calm me down before bed.Other feedback: Maybe make it more clear that the reishi mushroom is not a psychotropic/hallucinogen. I don’t know much about nootropics, myself.

This is hands down the best, most effective natural sleep supplement I've tried. This is something I feel comfortable taking nightly even. Ive already eaten half the tin and I'm ready to get more! The package wasn't kidding- one really is enough, two max. It is relatively fast acting compared to other ones I've tried, I eat one or two about two hours before I want to be asleep and within 45mins I'm yawning, feeling like I'm ready to settle in for bed. Of course if you fought the sleep and stay on your phone or tv it won't feel as effective but once I feel drowsy I put the screens away and I'm OUT in a matter of minutes. The best part for me is I stay asleep, most nights I have a hard time not waking up randomly or feeling like it takes forever to actually fall into a deep sleep. These chocolates have fixed that so far and that alone is worth it for me. I have expensive eye masks, a sound machine, I have a fan blowing on me, I do not play about my sleep. I consume caffeine and other stimulants regularly- this stuff WORKS. You just have to actually lay down and try to sleep.

I'll start off by saying that, I'm a girl who loves her chocolate yet I'm also someone who is definitely on her own wellness journey. The Brainstorm for Focus + Energy definitely, after taking it, made me feel more 'in the zone' when completing certain tasks and going about my day. However, I would like to preface that if you're someone whose used to a very "sweet" chocolate, do note that this is a DARK chocolate (which did take some time to get used to). However, all in all, this is a wonderful chocolate with GREAT benefits! Definitely worth the try!

I ordered the focus and sleep chocolates and I’m such a fan!!I love both of them. I really do feel like the Focus one has helped me stay on task and get things done, my job has been very demanding lately and I really do think they’ve helped so much!!And then also the sleep chocolates are amazing! I haven’t never really had a problem sleeping, but I do feel like when I have taken them, I seriously knock out for the entire night and I don’t wake up or anything! So both of them have been super amazing!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the Alice Mushroom chocolates focus & energy totally delivered. First off, they actually taste good. Smooth, dark chocolate with no weird aftertaste. What really impressed me was how it made me feel. I took one square before diving into a long day of work and was genuinely surprised at how clear and dialed-in I felt. It’s like a natural boost that keeps me locked in without overdoing it.Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a clean, tasty way to stay sharp. I’ll be repurchasing for sure!

I've taken it for about a week now and I do think it has helped with my sleep! I'm a super light sleeper and even small noises will wake me up which can be quite annoying but while taking the chocolate I didn't find myself waking up as much. The texture of the chocolate is a little powdery while chewing and it has an underlying cinnamon taste to it which was a bit unexpected but overall it tastes pretty good especially considering everything is has in it!

This chocolate has a wonderful balance in flavor. Not too sweet or too bitter. There are no jitters that come with taking these chocolates, however I did not notice as much of an energy boost or assistance with focus as I had hoped. Although, I was drinking matcha daily which may have made the effects less noticeable. Would try again, without drinking caffeine!

Not in a jittery or overstimulated way…just a calm, steady alertness that carried me through a packed work session. I also love that it’s made with adaptogenic mushrooms and clean ingredients. It genuinely feels like I’m fueling both my brain and body with something nourishing, not just chasing a quick buzz! I definitely recommend this product.
