buyer beware: the listing (from 'Peter Louis Beauty' 'ships from Amazon') listed as 'Clay Esthe Pck Ex Pump' is only the refill pack, and it doesn't include the bottle and pump. I have ordered twice, and both times, I was shipped only the refill pack. The refill pack can be purchased from the same merchant (Prime eligible) for about $9 less at the time of this review.The product itself is awesome; truly makes my hair soft and really smooth.

This picture shows like it comes with pump container, but it comes only refill. If you want a just refill, you can order other cheaper one.This product is ONLY REFILL. So don't make a mistake!!

This is by far the best conditioner I've ever used. It really does make your hair ulta soft & manageable. I'm purchasing this for the 3rd time.
