This thing is an absolute 5 star product. I used to use a Plantronics Explorer a lot, and after deciding I wanted to get another one I discovered it's no longer made. I found this earpiece after a quick Amazon search and at its extremely low price figured there was no harm in giving it a try. It works exactly how the earpiece I used to have did, and the build, sound, and overall quality of it, is no lie just as good as id say I remember my Plantronics earpiece being. Volume can be set from very low to very high, call quality is great for both parties based on feedback I've gotten. The battery life is INSANE I put this thing in my ear at 3AM and don't take it out till I get home at about 7PM (often times I don't take it out till I go to bed because I use it as a headphone as well as a headset). After 2 days of that and listening to podcasts for probably 80-90% of my day it will be at 80% battery. I know it could go a lot longer but that's the longest I've used it without changing. Which is another thing, after running for 2 days and getting to 80% battery it will charge in about an hour which it is also USB-C another bonus. As far as comfort and fit it is about what I remember from my Plantronics earpiece, the plastic loop hurts my ear after a while, but I use it without it just fine and working a blue collar job I don't have issues with it falling out, when I rely on just the loop on the earpiece to hold it in, as it's pretty light for what it is. It also comes with several different ear tips, and 2 different behind the ear loops, it all comes in a nice little round zip up case with a carabineer. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for this style of Bluetooth earpiece.

I have bought at least a half dozen of these (I lose them lol) because they are that good. For the price you can beat the quality, they are clear and the mic works well. They also have an assortment of ear pieces to accommodate a comfortable fit.

Really great product for the price - I found its battery last for a long time, connectivity has not been an issue, and sound quality is decent. It is light weight and charges fast. I did experience that the over-the-ear hook hurts my ears if I wear it for long periods of time. Also, it had a tendency to just blow apart into pieces if I dropped it. I've lost the volume button and on/off button this way.

I have bought several of these. They sound great. Easy to use. Easy to connect. DO NOT DROP THEM! Not even once. The switches become disconnected internally, stop working, or fall off. Don't sweat while doing your job, they'll short out.

This is my third bluetooth headset in the past year or so. I had a $30 Conambo that had excellent sound quality but had some problems switching between voice rooms on discord. Unfortunately it developed some problem while charging after a year or so and it melted the USB connector onto my charging cable one day while it was plugged in. I guess I know why they don't let you talk on these while they are charging! I then went downscale and tried a $10 Yuwiss headset that ended up being a total mess. So I went back up a bit in price to try out this New Bee headset. Background: I use my headset paired with both my phone and my computer. On the phone I use it for calling and listening to podcasts while walking outside. On the computer I use it for Discord for chatting while gaming. Being able to pair to both devices is critical along with at least 4 hours of battery life and comfort. THE GOOD: * I like the design that hangs in my ear and doesn't require a piece going over the ear. This makes it more comfortable to wear with sunglasses. It stays in my ear well enough for walking and general yard work. I don't know if it would stay in place for running without an ear hook, though. * The battery seems to last a long time. I haven't run it out yet * When I switch rooms in discord I don't have to re-select the headset to get it to work. For some reason with the Conambo I did have to do that which was really annoying. * Wind doesn't create noise through the earpiece when listening to audio outside. I can't comment on whether that behavior changes if you are on a call and using the microphone. The active noise cancelling on some other headsets gets confused by wind noise and amplifies it and plays it back in your ear. Thankfully this headset does not! * Almost no sound dropouts when walking with my phone in my pocket. Other headsets have problems with this situation (static electricity causing problems with the antennas?). This connection has very few interruptions. * Sound quality is acceptable. It isn't as good as the Conambo, but is far better than the Yuwiss. THE BAD: * If I turn the headset on in range of my computer it pairs with both my phone and computer. As soon as I walk out of range of my computer it says "disconnected" which is fine, but it continues to say "disconnected" EVERY 10 SECONDS! I have to turn the headset off and then back on and re-pair with just my phone to get it to stop saying that. I almost returned this headset over this issue, but have instead decided to just live with it. * Pairing is sometimes flaky. No inexpensive headset seems to have worked out how to handle pairing to two devices simultaneously so that it works perfectly every time. I have some very expensive Sony noise cancelling headphones that can do this properly so that it works every time, so I know this is technically feasible, but that technology has trickled down to the inexpensive chipsets yet. So I am resigned to powering on and off a few times on occasion and messing with pairing on phone or computer to get it to work again. * The on/off slider is small and hard to work * No mute button, but then every inexpensive headset I have had with a mute button never worked properly with it in any app, so I guess I'm not missing much here. CONCLUSION: This is not the perfect headset for me, but I have decided it is good enough to meet my needs for now and I can live with the short comings.

I bought almost two years ago now and at the time I was a cable/fiber install tech used it for phone calls and streamed IHeart radio while working the battery life blew me away I went almost two full weeks doing all of the above for that 2 weeks WOW never Imagined a battery in something so small lasting that long Fyi that was around 120hrs of use and still had 30 percent charge showing. I now how went back to my #1 career as A truck driver and use it on the road driving an older truck its a bit noisy in cab and I find it a PITA to try and play radio over the trucks noise to hear radio plus the age old problem keeping on a good radio station as you drive out of area for the current station tuned in. this head plays multiple parts on road phone, GPS, and radio today's tech makes radio like a cassette tape obsolete I stream IHeart radio 95 percent of the time on road cause out on highways & interstates phone service in mostly continuous so streaming Is great no losing great stations because of out of area. I have been back on road 3 weeks now and charged headset twice last charge was still showing 30 percent I Love this thing and having radio stream in ear I have the added bonus of drowning out some truck and road noise and have my music playing right in my ear. The fact is it amazes me that you can get this thing for under 20 bucks. only thing I find is it needs an upgrade for noise canceling but still the only one I will buy right now

I love reporting positive consumer-service experiences. I bought this New Bee earpiece in March 2025. In April 2026, the audio started repeatedly cutting out during phone calls. At first I thought it was my phone, but then I figured out that it was the earpiece. (What a relief!) Although I assumed it was out of warranty, I called New Bee, and the answering machine assured me I'd be called back. Meanwhile, I learned from the original packaging that the warranty was for THREE YEARS! I was pleasantly shocked. I got the promised call-back, and the helpful rep showed me how to reset and re-pair the earpiece. I tried that, but it did not fix the problem. I tried again, but no luck. So I messaged New Bee, as the rep had instructed, and we set a warranty claim in motion. Today I received my replacement earpiece. So far so good! Thank you, New Bee! Highly recommended. UPDATE: I must report that the replacement earpiece gives me occasional audio problems. The company is working with me to sort this out. The follow-up service and warranty are extraordinary in my experience.

I just got these. Have tried them for about 6 hrs of talking time and occasional music use and I still have 80% battery. I will keep using and testing. It's really good for people like me who have small ears. They fit just perfect, no falling off. And I do a lot of exercises with my clients. Controls are easy to use. Comes in a small, cute pouch, which you can attach to a backpack or keys. One thing I don't like, is the person on other end does not hear me well. There is alot of static and voice is not clear from other end
