Use it at first sniffle. Works wonders. I was a sceptic, but not anymore.
You will be amazed at how effective it is. You gotta try it to believe it. I take it and it gets rid of a cold coming on. I am not exaggerating. I gave it to my husband when he had Covid in October. Now I never run out but keep it in stock in case I feel like I'm coming down with something. I don't have time to be sick!

I LOVE everything Shaklee, but it can be pricey. I usually order from them directly but sometimes I can get a better price on Amazon and buy here when that is the case. Chew up 6 of these guys as soon as you start feeling something coming on and it'll knocks out immediately. A must have in my cabinet! My family has not been I'll in 3 years:)

Works so well - I take it if anyone in our family feels like they are getting sick, and it always help alleviate or lessen their symptoms. Have used for years, and have given to my kids. Works great.

Not bad but not the BEST either
I have ingested these using all the methods suggested & I prefer to chew them over swallowing or making tea. I took a star off for the price. If the product was more effective it would get 5 stars but for me it works just OKAY. There are better, less expensive options out there in my opinion.
