Good product shame about the delivery
Product arrived ahead of time which was great but then the delivery driver left behind the 4 foot wall next to path which wasn’t so good considering kids always walk up and down more care needs to be made with the delivery of this product

Not impressed!
Not impressed with this product. Used both diluted as per instructions and neat but it definitely did NOT deliver on the outcomes stated! Used to remove small amounts of cement that had run between a few red bricks at my front door and was really little to no change. A wire brush was just as effective without chemicals though neither did the job as required. Disappointed greatly with this big yellow container!

Brick cleaner
Was delivered before anticipated date, so that was good. BUT the product was not very effective in cleaning the marks off the bricks as I had hoped - even after repeating the process - so will not purchase this product again. I recognised the trade name so that is why I opted for this product.

Totally useless from my experience and in my opinion.
I would give a zero review but as that’s not an option settled for one star. I carefully followed the instructions on the container but there was virtually no visible change in the appearance of the discoloured brickwork, as the attached image shows. After contacting the supplier as recommended they refused to refund, claiming I had to contact the manufacturer, which I find totally unacceptable. I will be taking this matter to Amazon who fulfilled the order and accepted payment.
