No better quality than this for baking!

I bake a LOT of muffins for guests at my two vacation rental homes on the farm, so I appreciate the larger container of baking powder! It is not so large that it will loose its effectiveness before I use it all, but the larger size saves me from running out frequently. I like that it is aluminum free, and the muffins rise very nicely.
